I just read that Charles Shaughnessy is returning to Days as Shane Donovan. He’ll be investigating a case for the ISA and his first air date is May 2. Not sure how long he’ll be on for.
Wonderful news; Shane is a favorite from the past. I don’t care much for Kim and hope she doesn’t come back with him since this is work for the ISA.

in the John/Hope marriage story in Alamainia. So that means that story is going to drag out until May sweeps.
I think they will put Shane smack dab in the middle of the Alamania storyline, and I always loved him and John working together. I’ll be looking forward to this; however, as far as Kim is concerned, she got on my nerves so much the last time they brought her back for Alice’s funeral that I never want to see her again. Her voice was like nails on a chalkboard and I couldn’t wait for them to get rid of her, so I hope she will not be returning with Shane.
