I know Viv is on her way out – but watching her makes me LEGIT uncomfortable. She can’t think she’s good – the DOOL brass can’t think she’s good – the girl who plays Claire, you almost feel bad for her to play opposite.
YIKES! Talk about casting someone JUST b/c they look like KA and PR. I still stand by saying the original Jade should have been cast as Cierra. Would’ve done SO much more with that role.
Remember when the teen scene was good? Shawn… Belle… Mimi… Phillip… Chloe… Jan Spears. Can we wake her up from her coma and bring her back to tormet Chloe? LOL
have been awful since the getgo with this bunch. I love Theo but the rest – yuck! Joey sleepwalks through this material, Ciera is deadpan, *itch oldJade has turned into hapless NuJade and Claire is trying her darndest to be NuSami, but too obvious. It doesn’t help that their scripts are boring and stereotypical.
I was wondering if there was another actress playing Jade, but she looks so much like the old Jade, thay could be twins. You would have to see them together to really notice the difference.
The character is awful, but the actress is great!! It comes naturally to her, which is all the more apparent when she is in a scene with Ciara!
Wow, I don’t think they look alike at all. And they are playing the character completely differently. Old Jade was sassy, had an attitude, adventurous… NuJade is boring and whiny. I know she’s been through a lot recently, but I would never know she was supposed to be Jade if they didn’t call her Jade. lol
looks like a Steve/Kayla kid, but seems to be leaps and bounds better in the acting department when compared to the teens on our screen right now. As for Vivian Jovanni, that poor child needs to find another day job that doesn’t require her to speak. LOL! I still have not heard if they are re-casting Ciara, but my instincts say yes, they will! Claire’s voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me, and that, added to her hideous ego, makes me want to smack her everytime I see her on my screen. Poor Theo!
You are so right, TFlo1018….there’s no teens like the old teens.
and is probably already gone by now. I just have not read if they are recasting Ciara, or if she is just leaving the show without recasting.
First, where did they get the name Tripp? Then, why couldn’t they get the DNA test without going where Tripp is or, at least, get the DNA test there without bringing him to Salem?
