Personally I feel it is anti climatic to watch all this if he is not dead unless Stefano is going to keep the fact that he is alive from Sami.
That would be interesting.
October 14, 2014 at 8:31 pm #45567dvalParticipantI am now just a bit confused. If EJ is dead what drug did Kristen give him? And Stefano did say that his body had arrived and would be where it belongs, with the rest of his “famiglia”. It is odd that Sami would have EJ cremated without she herself even being there, though, no matter what EJ’s wishes were. So that makes me think this is all a set up between Sami and EJ but then whose body did Stefano get and what was that drug?
October 14, 2014 at 10:24 pm #45568caseyParticipantI would be surprised and disappointed. I want to see her reaction when she discovers he is indeed alive. And no way is EJ dead.
If Stef was in on this from the getgo his devastated reaction was pretty good acting.
I think Days wants us to be as confused as possible leading to Ali’s departure.October 14, 2014 at 11:35 pm #45569PattiParticipantevidently Stefano had his body removed from the morgue by whoever he was on that phone call with after he spoke to Kristen, and that person transported him back to Stefano. He told Kristen that E.J.’s “body” had just arrived and that that “bitch” Samantha would never know that those ashes she received were not her precious E.J.’s, but it sure has me confused now as well. I wonder if whatever that drug was that Kristen injected him with was something to keep rigor from setting in, and that Stefano could simply be planning to keep him in some way from decomposing until he attempts whatever in the hell he is going to do, or try to do. I have to think now that E.J. was dead, but Stefano will bring him back at some point. This is truly strange. I find it hard to believe Sami was in on this. Her grieving, as well as Stefano’s, seemed so authentic and not in any way faked. I’m just smdh on this now.
October 15, 2014 at 12:14 am #45570DCola522ParticipantI find it very hard to believe that Sami is in on anything… she would never let her kids think their dad died if he really didn’t. Plus, we have seen her and Stefano (and Kristen) grieving when no one else was around. If they knew he was alive why would they cry and act so devastated during solo scenes? Doesn’t make sense.
October 15, 2014 at 1:57 am #45571TFlo1018ParticipantMaybe it was Susan as Kristen giving him that drug and what Stefano had Kristen do was something we didn’t see as the viewers… Maybe the body that Stefano thinks is EJ’s isn’t – especially since we don’t know if Stefano saw it.
Who knows with Salem LOL
October 15, 2014 at 3:02 am #45573justwonderingParticipantI was not aware that a person could witness a cremation.
October 15, 2014 at 8:01 am #45575BonbonParticipantThey can also witness the “behind the scenes” events if wished.
October 15, 2014 at 12:17 pm #45577mommytutuParticipanton Days! They harvested Jacks organs and he came back. How many times has Stefano died? Hope’s died a few times too.
October 15, 2014 at 1:17 pm #45579dvalParticipantactually. I was just remembering a scene from Scrooged, LOL when Bill Murray thought he was being cremated and his family was there. crazy, huh?
Ok just googled it and yes, you can be there. You don’t see the actual cremation just the container with the body being put inside and then the door is closed.
October 15, 2014 at 7:10 pm #45584jesigirl22ParticipantNot sure who gave it to him, Kristin or Susan but it had my usual medical pet peeve: they were not even close to the vein, it was not held off and the position was not even close to right. With the “placement” of that needle it was close to going right through to the other side of his arm! Most inter-muscular shots are not even done that way. Please at least try to make it look closer to real.
Rant over, thank you for listening.October 16, 2014 at 6:02 am #45591BonbonParticipantit was obviously an unapproved drug so why does it need to be injected properly. Yes, those things bother me also.
October 16, 2014 at 11:23 am #45595PattiParticipantI think it was something to preserve him.
October 16, 2014 at 12:53 pm #45603BonbonParticipantthat’s what was inferred.
