EJ for not being his bio-son. How pathetic and petty is that – to actually destroy someone who had no choice in the matter.
April 19, 2012 at 11:43 pm #32538bluebonnetParticipantHow many of us would reject a child we thought was our own if we found out that he/she wasn’t? Nary a one of us I bet! There is no way I could stop loving the children I have raised from birth, or boyhood in Stefano’s and E.J.’s case. Stefano found out Tony wasn’t his son and treated him like crap, but grieved at his death. You would think Stefano would have learned his lesson after that. Wonder if he will reject his beloved grandchildren, too!
April 20, 2012 at 12:18 am #32541DeeLanParticipantRight on with Stefano. Even Tony knew that him not being the bio son would mean he wouldn’t inherit the family business.
April 20, 2012 at 3:17 am #32544justwonderingParticipantHave you forgotten how Ej treated Sydney when he thought she wasn’t his child? He threw her out of the mansion!! Somehow I feel it is poetic justice that Stef is treating him the same as he treated Sydney. However, Irfeally don’t get Stefano because Tony, Kristen, Peter were not is and he treated them as family. I really hate what TPTB have done to Stefano.

April 20, 2012 at 12:07 pm #32547SWParticipantchild and grandchild Theo, with Lexi having the brain tumor. Hmmm, I wonder if Stefano will press Chad to settle down and produce some grandchildren for him?? So who is EJ’s father? Hmmm Ian??? This does make no sense since we saw when Susan got the implantation. Could John be his father? I’m having a hard time trying to figure out where these writers are going as my possible direction of a Lucas/EJ switch won’t work due to the SORASing of EJ. They now appear to be the same age but they weren’t originally.
April 20, 2012 at 1:00 pm #32550BonbonParticipantwill turn out to be his father. I don’t know how in the heck they’ll be able to accomplish that. The only way possible is that somehow Susan was already pregnant when she was inseminated by "Elvis." But that would have to take some very fancy footwork to pull off.
Speaking of Ian… Yesterday he was almost acting like a normal human being. He didn’t seem so sinister and forboding. Maybe they’re going to make him a good guy after all. That would be a shame because he does "nasty" so well.
April 20, 2012 at 2:21 pm #32556PattiParticipantI think Stefano is trying to do a whole heck of a lot of convincing that he has turned on E.J. when, in fact, he is trying to protect him. I think Stefano knows that he will soon be up to his neck in enemies, and he needs to protect E.J. from all of it. Knowing E.J. is not his biological son has been something Stefano was aware of before he left for Alimania, and for reasons unknown to us yet, that trip had something to do with Alice’s secret and E.J.’s parentage, and as a result of that I think that Stefano knows that many of his enemies will soon converge upon him and he doesn’t want E.J. (and possibly Kate, as well, since he did set her up before leaving for Alimania), to get caught in the crossfire, and this is his way of protecting them from what is about to happen. THIS IS NOT A SPOILER ….. These are my thoughts on how Stefano’s storyline is coming together for what could possibly be his departure. It seems to me that with all the people who would have reason to come after Stefano now, including the ISA, and realizing that between John Black and the ISA, as well as any number of enemies who also now have reason to take Stefano down, this would be the perfect way for the show to go with a ‘whodoneit’ murder mystery as a way to write JM out. JMHO!
Right now I am very interested in Ian …. not so much for his love for Kate, but how he is connected to the DiMeras, which I strongly believe he is. Also, I find myself now questioning if Lucas is Ian’s son. I must admit, thought, I am fascinated with this storyline now.
April 20, 2012 at 4:20 pm #32563DeeLanParticipantthe blame on Rolf. I’m sure he had something to do with the insemination, Stefano was just there as Elvis to give Susan a story of her beloved Elvis but I think Rolf did the actual insemination and Stefano thought it was his sperm that was used. I’m thinking Stefano used all his little swimmers up on the other’s he’s fathered over the years so Rolf used a substitute and figured Stefano wouldn’t never find out. AND since John was Stefano’s pawn for so many years it makes sense that they had access to a lot of things that make up John’s DNA. Another thought could be that Maggie is the mom (remember some of her eggs were stolen) and Susan was just the surrogate.
I know a lot of far reaching fantasies here but in Salem anything’s possible and this makes as much sense if not more than anything the writers could come up with.
