I was scrolling through the week’s listings on my TV and for DOOL on Thursday it states that Bo and Caroline return. Is it just going to be a shock for Hope and Salem when Bo doesn’t return or is there something else going on? Also read it on Daytime Royalty, same posting for Thursday.

November 26, 2012 at 10:01 pm #36619BonbonParticipanta while back that they were recasting Bo.
November 28, 2012 at 4:27 am #36629lynnekarenParticipantthat’s going to be terrible. like when mickey was out moving cars in the driveway the christmas before he died.
November 28, 2012 at 3:04 pm #36631dvalParticipantI agree with you lynnekaren…this is going to be really awful. I guess one day Bo will just walk back in, either recast or Peter back.
November 28, 2012 at 6:54 pm #36637BonbonParticipantthat just stinks. They should either write him off the show or recast him. I hate it when they just stick a character (especially one as big as Bo) in the background like they don’t exist.
November 29, 2012 at 2:51 pm #36647layseaParticipantWhen asl where Bo is Hope says he is with Ciara. I hope that he is not always going to be somewhere else and not seen. I wonder where Hope is going to say he is during the Horton ornament hanging?
November 29, 2012 at 5:09 pm #36649PattiParticipantif the assumption is going to be that he ran off because he gets some sort of lead on taking down the Dimeras, will that open the door to solving the "letter" mystery that Alice left. If that’s going to be the case, it would be a stupid wild goose chase, since Stefano will be returning to Salem before the Holiday. Jason47’s clues indicate that Stefano will be back (dressed as Santa….(see Jason47’s Christmas clues), so maybe Bo’s disappearance will be explained that way….again, ridiculous, because Bo would never leave his family during the holidays. I think they (writers) just put their foot in their mouths with that explanation, and now they have to think of how to get it out without the fans going berserk while the writers continue to get blasted for the poor exit storyline behind Peter Reckell’s leaving. Why would Bo take off over the Christmas holiday, running all over Europe, when Stefano is back in Salem. I keep seeing indications that more of Alice’s secrets will be exposed. Either way, it would be a huge mistake to keep having Bo referred to but never seen. Big boo-boo on the writers’ part, AFAIC!
November 29, 2012 at 6:31 pm #36650bradysgmaParticipantI remember another actor playing Bo. I think his name was Robert Kelker-Kelly(or is that the name of the current Bo? I can’t remember who is who.). I liked him, maybe even better than this Bo.
November 29, 2012 at 7:46 pm #36651NoraParticipantRobert Kelker-Kelly was the first replacement for Bo. I tea lye noted him as Bo. And wouldn’t mind them recasting him, rather than just have him at work, upstairs, or wherever,ep
November 30, 2012 at 10:40 pm #36665CatLady54Participanthusband Don Craig went out to mail a letter about 20 years ago & he still hasn’t come back (Jed Allen, please come back to Days, loved you & Marlena together…and you & Julie, too!) so I guess Bo could be mailing a lot of packages for the holidays.
I think that they are hoping Peter will change his mind (as we all are) and come back to DOOL. It wouldn’t be the 1st time an actor said they were retiring from a show and came back a few months later. In fact, if they want to, they’ll bring Jack back too, saying Stephano did something to him (ala Melaswen). I think Steph has a room full of clones of everyone in Salem.
December 18, 2012 at 8:59 pm #36855Misty004ParticipantYes that was his name and I hated him in the role. Peter has been in this role for so long that noone could replace him….it would never be the same.
