Kayla had told Sonny that are drugs that dissipate in a matter
of seconds.

What I want to know is why there’s no story to explain as to
how he got into that bed that resulted with the content that
Leo had sent to Will?

Then this: Sonny was out cold in a matter of seconds, he
didn’t certainly regained consciousness & took himself to bed,
now did he, so there has to be a story to explain what
caused his lack of consciousness, & also, explain as to how
Sonny ended up scantily clad, given that he wasn’t conscious
to do himself, now was he?
