For a guy pushing 90 Bill Hayes is quite a wonder. Watching him dance with such vitality and have a great time at the gala and looking great besides is a treat. Wouldn’t we all love to age that gracefully!
November 6, 2015 at 9:00 am #49416powerpaw2ParticipantBut my friend Mrs. G is 89 and likes to dance.
November 6, 2015 at 1:33 pm #49419justwonderingParticipanthe is in better shape than Stefano!
November 6, 2015 at 2:36 pm #49424PattiParticipantand the years have been really, really good to Bill and Susan Seaforth Hayes. God bless them, still doing what they love to do each and every day. I should be so lucky to have their youthful glow and energy. Julie Williams may be a pain at times, but SSK is an absolutely gorgeous lady, IMO.
November 6, 2015 at 4:07 pm #49431justwonderingParticipantWatched a Perry Mason episode (1962) yesterday and Susan was on. I recognized her voice immediately. Checking her work history, she was on many TV shows through the year.
Really like watching these cause they have great plots
November 7, 2015 at 2:40 pm #49467BonbonParticipantwas that Tony, who is Stefano’s son, it only eight years younger than Stefano. :o)
November 7, 2015 at 4:50 pm #49488PattiParticipantand except for a little wobble in her walk, she appears to be doing fine. I noticed the same thing about John Aniston’s walk, when he and Maggie were walking out of the reception. She appeared to almost have to take his hand. Can’t say the same for Joe M. though, who seens to be having some problems walking at all.
November 8, 2015 at 3:24 pm #49493BonbonParticipantbecause on the show he had a heart attack and you don’t need a wheel chair for that. In fact, they get you up and walking around immediately. When I had my cardiac by-pass, I was up and into a chair in the RECOVERY ROOM!!! Try that when you are hooked up to a heart monitor, BP cuff, IV, oxygen, catheter and I don’t know what else. Just trying to stay untangled was a feat in itself.
But, I digress… I still think Joe may have some type of COPD.
November 8, 2015 at 3:54 pm #49495justwonderingParticipantJoe was at the party and yes he was in the wheel chair.
Lots of old stars there, including Frank (Shawn Brady) who is also in a wheel chair.
November 8, 2015 at 4:58 pm #49496PattiParticipantvery recent 50th anniversary party, and yes, Joe was still in a wheelchair at the party, so it is definitely required IRL. Sad; hope he recovers.
November 8, 2015 at 5:02 pm #49497PattiParticipantdidn’t see your post before I responded to Bon’s. Weren’t those pics fabulous? So many actors who appeared on DOOL, past and persent, attended. What a wonderful night that must have been for them.

November 9, 2015 at 1:33 am #49499lynnekarenParticipantthey were awesome! Loved the videos of them singing!
November 9, 2015 at 3:48 am #49500justwonderingParticipantYes it was great to see all the pictures of the stars. I loved that nuCiara and nu Theo took toe to take pictures with the younger actors! Looked like they were having a great time.
I went on Jasons days of our lives facebook page. Many of the pictures were published on Twitter ( don’t have an account) and put them on his facebook page.
Patti– did you notice that Peter Reckell didn’t seem to be there?
November 9, 2015 at 1:40 pm #49501caseyParticipantEither he’s gone by that photo date or Days is trying to pull a ruse. I’m all but sure he was short term.
