Another recycled story was when years ago Nicole miscarried and she didn’t tell EJ for fear of losing him. Sloan’s motivation for not telling Eric the truth about Jude was the same – fear of losing Eric.

I go back to my original post:the Bobby/Everett storyline is getting interesting and I hope they keep it moving along.

yes, granted that Nicole miscarried & she didn’t tell EJ for fearing of losing him, but did she have a cohort to help her with an illegal adoption, much less paying a doctor to cremate a child & had it sent to EJ & Sami? Plus, the Nicole she was then isn’t the Nicole she is now, now is she?

Zodiacpisces, why do you have to argue and take exception with most of the posts by others on this board. Honestly the tone of many of your responses is rude. Read the posts carefully and understand them in the spirit of which they have been made. People post here to share information and discuss Days, not to constantly challenge posts made by others.
For example, my post above about Nicole and Sloan having the same motivation for covering up their baby antics is simply about motivation. It has nothing to do with the details of how each story played out. It was a simple comment about recycled storylines.
Also, you took issue with my Seinfeld reference. If you never watched Seinfeld you wouldn’t understand it. If you did watch it, hopefully you got the humor in it. Finally, some people find it interesting to see the previous roles current actors had years ago. Hence, the Dr Rolf, William Utay observation.

Well said, @doolfan. I constantly feel like it’s arguing for argument’s sake.

The findings of what the hospital had on file was futile, given that DNA test that Holly had Eric to allow was an illegal one. The details of this between Nicole & Sloan matter as did the details as to what Leo put Sonny through. Remember, nothing was from Eric to show he’s the bio-daddy, right? So why believe anything from Sloan’s mouth, when it’s known that she forged Eric’s name to the genetic testing results & that they were made public, was it not? See the gaps as to how Eric isn’t the bio-daddy?

It doesn’t matter if Eric’s DNA was used or not, two people had DNA on file when testing Jude’s DNA. One was Sloan’s, because she feared Eric would be a match. The other was EJ’s because his was on file from the genetic testing he and Nicole had done when Nicole’s pregnancy was announced as high risk. When Nicole asked to have a test done to solve the who’s the daddy, she didn’t take EJ’s, Sloan volunteered to get Eric’s but then took her own. Jude’s DNA was compared against Sloan’s DNA—no match. When the genetic testing was done, it was conclusive that Embryo Jude was not a match to EJ, but Sloan took the results, pretending she was Nicole, and then altered them. Later, when Nicole swore Jude was her baby, they didn’t test Nicole’s DNA, they used EJ’s, which was on file. Again, it didn’t match to EJ so everyone concluded Jude wasn’t Nicole’s baby. You can twist things every which way, but the baby is Eric’s, not EJ’s.

The real DNA results are locked in the DiMera safe. Remember when Nicole lost the original of the genetic testing results and brought home a copy, EJ wrote on the envelope that was sitting on the desk. Nicole stopped him and told him that that was a copy of their genetic testing results. They both left the room and Sloan sneaks in to switch the results, but the envelope with the writing she left on the desk. EJ and Nicole come in later and put the envelope in the DiMera safe. I wonder if the writers will ignore this incident or use it to prove Eric is the father.

The whole baby storyline is to bring Nicole and Eric back together with both being the biological parents of Jude.

Eric is the father, not EJ.

I have read this: The main reason as to why they are AD NAUSEUM saying that Eric’s the daddy is to rake in billions & billions & billions of viewers drawn in to see the big reveal that shocks everyone to the core, i.e. EJ being the father, do you really think that it will bring in that amount viewers of by putting it out there as to who’s the daddy, i.e. Eric, when they are putting it out there AD NAUSEUM, that Eric is?

Billions and billions of viewers? The U.S. population estimate is about 336 million people. The world population estimate is about 8 billion people. So your source is saying that a big chunk of the people around the world are going to watch Days? In 2022 it’s estimated that Days had about 1.7 million viewers.

The credibility of what you read is severely lacking.

All I’m bringing up is the amount of people that are willing to see the biggest shock that Salem has ever seen, i.e. EJ being the daddy, I was merely using hyperbole.
