the plot the writers are trying to shove down our throats.  You are right that all of this should have been disected long ago and Rafe did say something about going through all of this again.  However, having said that, it just makes them look more inept than we already know they are.

John Black story line.  It’s repetitive, disgustingly boring, and frankly I’ve seen and heard enough of it.  It doesen’s even make sense.  Seems the "hurrier it goes, the behinder it gets."  I may be in the minority, but It’s a silly little milimeter away from fast-forward time for me.  Give me something believable and a DiMera pay-back, or get this *hit over with.

yesterday when the reasoning and logic got crazy to the point of ridiculousness. They were reaching conclusions that no one would ever reach. It’s all too contrived for my taste.

given the type of crime that John supposedly committed, I just can’t believe anything would have happened this fast in the real world!  First off the grand jury would have had to have this information presented to them _ all the evidence that the prosecutors had BEFORE he was indicted.  Then the first court appearance – usually weeks later.  Then the plea bargaining of beginning of the trial – frequently months later! Oh well.

How could this be? Yes, I know about Days’ lack of time sense, but EJ is what – like 27ish at the youngest? Hope would have to be minimum late 40s to make this believable.
And yet, we’ve seen a few small hints that something may be brewing in a Hope/John connection w/ the IOU story. Or else why would Stef bring it up and Hope and Bo touch on it a couple times?

It seems many believe this will turn out to be the case.  That John and Hope are E.J.’s real parents as ridiculous as it sounds, that’s the current belief by many.  The speculation seems to be that E.J. is believed to have been conceived when Hope was Princess Gina and she and John were a thing back then, and that Stefano took E.J. and raised him as his own son.  Now we can do the math all we want, but E.J.’s age has never been established; but, this has never stopped DOOL from rewriting history, and since E.J. was the fastest SORASed kid in the history of the show, why not just throw up our hands now.  BUT, since John is supposedly half Brady, half DiMera, the incest pool has been refilled once again, and that would mean that E.J. sired two offspring with his (how many times removed) cousin, Sami.  Disgusting, but I would not put anything past these writers anymore than I would have of the many who have gone before them.  I just could not stand it if it turns out to be true.

big time!  He should really be younger than Will so how ridiculous is it that he has kids with Sami?  Hope was an adult when John and Kristen/Susan were involved so who knows what the time-challenged Days writers could invent in their parallel universe?

Maybe Princess Gina or even Marlena is the real mother?

EJ has to be a long older than 27.  Sami is in her mid  at least 35 so Ej must be late 30s.

and not the character’s information.  He was born on screen after Will! lol  the character has been involved with Nicole and Sami (others I’ll ignore for this purpose) who were never portrayed as cougars going after a youger man.  I see him as a little younger than Brady (another character that has been aged way beyong his years since he’s supposed to be younger than Sami by 10 years or so and yet Eric Martsolf is in his 40s).  I’m getting a headache trying to figure these characters out! lol
