Someone please tell me that she was NOT holding her birth control pills in her hand at the end of the show (this was, of course, after she told Adrienne she would think of a way to get Nathan to "commit" to her). Please, no, not cute little Nathan making babies with mean ‘ol Stephanie.
May 3, 2010 at 7:15 pm #12659dvalParticipantShe threw her BCPs into the garbage can. Can these storylines get any more trite? I cannot stand Stephanie’s character. There is something just inherently meanly stupid about her. Of course, Chloe deciding that it is Carly’s fault she cheated on Daniel is out there, too. I suppose Carly set up Melanie and Phillip, too. Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb. Or did Chloe mean she would have slept with anybody after what she heard, LOL?

May 4, 2010 at 1:43 am #12663caseyParticipantleaves me shaking my head. How is Steph a child of Kayla and Patch? What a manipulative little *itch she is. Come on – tossing birth control pills to get her man – what are we – back in the past century? This is nauseating.
And Chloe – she is sinking into caricature territory with that paranoid psycho routine.
Why can’t we see some strong women whose lives revolve around something other than this nonsense.May 4, 2010 at 2:43 am #1266453tdogsParticipantand her SL to give a whip about her. For a woman to be as wimpy and simpy as she is to intentionally trap a man by getting pregnant in this day and age is just an insult to women everywhere – the writer’s need to stop this story line – they are ruining the good name of all women!
I’m really tired of "Day’s" making women weak and needing a man every second to make it through their day from Sami not knowing if she wants Rafe or EJ or both, to Hope having a meltdown because Bo tossed her over for another woman! It’s happened to all of us at one time or another in all of our lives – we get strong because of it, we learn from it and we go on with our lives, not turn into a crazy "(w)itch".
May 4, 2010 at 11:34 am #12665ellenkbParticipantThis is the example this show wants to set for young women? Just about every woman on this show is certifiable at this point. Hope, Mia, Stephanie, Chloe, Vivian, Kate, Nicole, Sami – all of them behaving either psycho or without scruples.
May 4, 2010 at 1:22 pm #12670mommytutuParticipantWhy are all the females on this show immature and weak? They are all dying to catch a man and they are so immature that they immediately think, "I’ll get pregnant!" Stupid. Sami can’t be without a man, Chloe can’t be without one, and they’ve just written her very immature and impetuous by having her sleep w/Phillip, and now we have Stephanie pulling this stunt. Where are the strong women? Mind you, these aren’t the only weak ones. Carly and Hope are the same way. Arianna and Nicole, also. Except for Maggie and Caroline and maybe Adrienne, is there any other female that really strikes you as mature?
May 4, 2010 at 1:32 pm #12671PattiParticipantCorday Productions put them all on The Young and the Restless! LOL. Seriously, I couldn’t stand Stephanie before all of this; now she is just a pathetic loser who can’t surprise me anymore by her uninteresting deceitful loser ways. This character is beyond boring; she’s downright unnecessary. When Phillip goes back to Chloe, driving Melanie back to Nathan, who will welcome her with open arms, driving Danel and Carly back to each other, where will that put Stephanie? Don’t know….don’t wanna’ know; and, frankly, my dears, I don’t give a damn.
May 4, 2010 at 7:03 pm #12679jewelgalParticipantI really HATE Stephanie’s character and the girl who plays it is so good at being a *itch that I wonder what she’s like in real life. I think they want us to hate Steph…..so, that’s good for her as an actress!!
I really like the story lines right now. They’re interesting and holding my attention. If they wrote the women like all of us fabulous in real-life kinds of women I don’t think it would be nearly as interesting…….I just wouldn’t take the time to watch!
