Is that girl part vampire? Her skin is so white compared to everybody she stands next to. They need to give her a little color. She looks like she could use a couple of pints of blood.
October 8, 2013 at 11:57 am #41274PattiParticipantshe would have been perfect for shows like The Vampire Diaries or True Blood. She would have saved the make-up department some money, that’s for sure.
I despise the character of Theresa, and as much as I love Shane and Kim (although not so much Kimberly), I cannot wait until they get to Salem to put this woman in check. I’m hoping for the same fate for Theresa as I have always sought for JJ — straighten her butt out or get rid of her. There is absolutely nothing entertaining about Jeanne Theresa Donovan that I would even want to watch, except maybe a good swift kick on her way out the door.

You’d think she’d grown up in some horrible circumstances. But if there is no motive for these super bratty “kids” – another issue is isn’t she a bit old for the blame the parents deal -? it leaves me flat and annoyed. To tag on some “reason” in the aftermath doesn’t cut it.

The others she stands next to go overboard with the tanner, so they often look unnaturally orange. I don’t like the character of Teresa at all, but I do think she is lovely–transluscent skin and beautiful eyes.

October 9, 2013 at 3:16 pm #41295DCola522ParticipantI think it’s refreshing to see someone NOT overdose on the bronzer for once! I, too, have very pale skin and have heard all my life "you need some color, you’re so white"! Well, I’m Irish, what do you want?! It does really show you just how much makeup/bronzer they pile on some of these actors… *ahem* Shawn Christian! Nadia Bjorlin always overdid the bronzer too – even in the dead of winter she had that orangey glow!

October 9, 2013 at 8:35 pm #41301BonbonParticipantIt’s pretty normal to darken up in the summertime unless you are very fair skinned. Heck, I start getting tan wothout even being in the sun.
I think in Daniel’s case, he is probably like that. And the more tan you accumulate, the more you keep. I remember when my mom was young she was an avid golfer and always wore sundresses with a square back. Many years after she gave it up and was never in the sun, you could still see that square tan line.
