    I thought those things were going to tumble right out of the top, but somehow the dress was strong enough to hold them in.

    that she may have some “help” when wearing these provocative outfits. I recall the short period where she was attired in sweatshirts – during her depression – she did not appear nearly as well endowed as when she’s doning those cleavage-exposed dresses.

    Just may be that when she’s wearing loose clothes her entire body looks bigger so her upper body seems to blend in more and not be so noticeable. In more form fitting clothes, her upper body is much more noticeable.

    Not to mention her tiny waist so when she’s cinched at the waist the "girls" look even bigger.

    If Brady wants to hide the fact that Chloe was "working" he could just say the attacker thought she was a prostitute based on the way she was dressed.
