ParticipantThis actress continues to trump her own performances. Yesterday was a tour de force if ever I saw one. I felt her anguish and grief; this woman is a superstar and I could see her succeeding in any acting mode, even on the silver screen. She is so watchable and so present in any scene. I cannot imagine anyone giving a better soap performance this season and she deserves any nomination and a win.

Participantdo something in prime-time, but not at the expense of losing her to DOOL.

Participantthis role. And I knew she would. I think the difference between this and the SK deaths was that there was no time to mourn. Other than Eve who portrayed a grieving mother really well, we blew past seeing everyone grieving. And of course Hope barely grieved before she started her revenge. I know people grieve differently, but Nicole and Maggie are so realistic.
My dad died suddenly and her scenes in the study crying about choosing casket lining and shrimp and crab reminded me of planning my dads funeral. We were similar, going through the motions was surreal and we cried off and on like she is for days, her acting brought it all back. I’m so impressed!!!

ParticipantI love how she’s going without makeup (still looking beautiful BTW) because who in real life would bother to put it on when going through this ordeal. Her scenes today with Parker were just amazing. If she doesn’t get an Emmy, the voters are nuts.

ParticipantI so wish there was a thumbs up that we could use, like on Facebook. I think Days is so lucky to have such a phenomenal actress on this show. I too loved her scene when planning the funeral. It was amazingly accurate as to how most people feel when having to plan a funeral.

ParticipantIf we would see her in a different role than Nicole, would we still appreciate her acting as much as we do now? We have come to know and love her AS Nicole but would we feel the same if she were portraying a different character? Who knows.
