How about we leave the main board "unspoiled" – no spoilers, please.

If you would like to talk about spoilers, you may post on the Annex. That way people can choose whether to find out in advance or not.

Who is Nicky? If Lawrence is his father, who is his mother? What is his relation to Vivian?

Vivian stole the baby (Nicholas) from Carly when he was born and raised him until he was about 10 years old. Then Carly got him back. Since Vivian is Lawrence’s aunt, that makes her Nicholas’ great-aunt.

I missed the part where Rafe found some clothes after he escaped from the mental facility. Where did he get the clothes from?
