Just wondering who is going to watch the Voice tonight, it’s on NBC at 9, I have to DVR of course, it’s on the same time as Idol.
I don’t know what it is about her but she just irritates me. So, in the words of The Shark Tank sharks, "I’m out."
just out of curiosity, and to see exactly how it works. Probably won’t watch til’ sometime tomorrow, so I’ll know then if I’m ever going to watch it again.
I do the same thing. I’m always sitting in front of the TV and looking for it on Tuesday nights. That’s what they get for switching it up on us this year.
So far I’m liking the Voice, yeah it’s the first episode but i can see getting hooked on this too. Blake IS CUTE!! LOL. He looks like Tyler Florence from the foodnetwork!!
so far I’m pleasantly surprised. All of these people can sing, but the fact that the judges can’t see them before hearing them makes it more real to me that they are being judged fairly and not on popularity because of their looks. I like that.
I only watched the first hour, i thought my dvr was recording it, i was wrong. who got the most contestants? i really enjoyed it too. i personally dont like Christina as a singer, i dont like all her runs that she puts in her music. She’s from pittsburgh too, which is an hour away from me. i really liked that country guy from the first hour. and that lesbian i liked her too. she had a big voice for a little girl.
the guy from Maroon has one less than the other three, who have 3 each. Then there’s one more audition, where things will even out (I think they said they will all wind up with 5). Not understanding all of the rules yet, but I do know that I like Havier the best so far. I’ll give it a shot for another week or so, but so far it’s not bad. It’s not AI, but it’s not bad.
I watched mainly for Blake Shelton (hubba hubba). The re-ran the show last night. If you missed it, it is running on E TV also.
as much as I was IMpressed with this show last week, I was DEpressed by it last night. The talent was just awful last night, and I don’t think this show is going to be the hit I thought it was. I’m probably going to be wrong, but I can’t see it coming anywhere near the success of American Idol. Last night’s talent was truly bizzare. Even the judges did not impress me last night. They were too indecisive, and seemed disappointed, like they felt they HAD to pick someone, even if they didn’t want them, because they took so long in choosing, consequently winding up with people they really did not want. The expressions on their faces once they buzzed in and turned around to face the singer were, in some instances, shockingly comical. It was like "oh, no, what have I done?" Now what? Everyone has their team of 8, so what’s next?
I didnt watch the whole show last night, i have the other half recorded, but you’re right the talent, or i should say the lack of talent was obvious. That nerdy little guy was so out of tune. and i wasnt impressed with any of them in the first hour. and the judges sure werent either, ur right they sure took their time in turning around. even that 16 year old wasnt that great, she never would have made it past the first audition on AI. i’ll watch the rest of the show but maybe that’ll determine if i’ll keep watchcing next week.
I’m REALLY getting tired of all the spot promos they’ve been doing. Boy, someone REALLY wants this show to succeed. Please!!!, no more ads.
