So they were able to access a main substation or whatever so as to cut off the power to all of Salem?? Da plot.

That would be easy to cut off the power to an entire city.
Haven’t Don Craig and Neil Curtis been running on that treadmill
since the 1980’s that is connected to the power station. That
is how Salem has gotten its power since that time.
Easy to take those two out of the equation.

don’t keep up with the times. The stations are geared up now to switch to another grid when power is lost. They would have had to take out all the grids in the line to shut down the whole city.

I’m wondering though, where was the light coming from in the panic room if all the power was off.

Gabby was able to reach JJ, so maybe she had light from her cellphone, just like Theo had. BTW, wasn’t Chad fixing the panic room for Theo to sleep in? Who’d want to stay in that dungeon without any windows? And Theo yet!!!
