Where was Camilla all this time? WOW – she did an amazing job today!!! I know she was never given great material – but imagine if she was. WOW!!!!
Her trembling.. the psychotic look – all very convincing!!!
Though the outcome of this was the best part of the story – the story as a whole was blah. All this build up led to what we all expected. Had we not known Camilla was leaving perhaps it would be different.
The D.A.’s comment to E.J. – ridic!!! And very unprofessional. Right on par with Hope being a part of this investigation LOL
As far as Eric/Nicole – how much more impactful would it have been if (when she said to him do you remember the day you told me you wanted to leave the Priesthool) if he had said "you were only a choice when I didn’t think I had one." Sure – it mgiht have been cold but imagine the destruction to Nicole’s core. That would have been way more powerful and impactufl. That whole "revelation" fell flat!!! I hope we get a Jen/Nicole show down at least. Salem is due for a full on catfight!!!
and it would not surprise me one bit if Daniel is the one who forgives Nicole, and Jennifer turns against him for doing so. In any case, I have a feeling Nicole will face worse than Daniel and Jennifer when this gets out. I mentioned before, if it were any other man in Salem, she might not have to go through the hell she’s facing, but this was Eric Brady. I have the feeling she’ll have the entire town of Salem jumping her for this one.
I agree about CB’s acting today. Where has she been all this time? LOL! She was terrific.
that Eric was a priest and a very dedicated, devout one at that. And what are his teachings? To forgive. So we will see exactly what cloth (pun intended) Eric is made of. If he lives up to his religion, he must forgive her. Whether or not he still wants to marry her is a different topic entirely.
that is the difference between forgiving and forgetting. she stole his vocation and never gave him the chance to make his choice. So he may forgive but can he forget? That will remain to be seen.
but he will never forget what she did to him. It was horrible and I don’t think he will ever trust her not to live in a world of lies and deceit to get what she wants, regardless of whether or not she changes. I actually think a good story would be for Nicole to get therapy for her life. Too late for Sami, she’s leaving, but she would benefit from some as well. I’m so tired of these wonderful actors getting cheap roles just for the plot, although, sadly, AZ and AS have stayed pretty true to their characters.
