I went back to listen to the beginning of the show again and Roxanne said “Mrs. Horton called my parents.” Isn’t she Mrs. Devereaux? Or did she say Ms. Horton, but it sure sounded like Mrs.
It could be very interesting to see how Jen handles this discovery but I am sure it will be written poorly. I wish she would jump on Eve and punch her lights out, LOL. She has more than earned it.
March 2, 2015 at 9:52 pm #46651majencoParticipantJen and Eve are like two desperate harpies chasing JJ all over town and sneaking into apartments. Ignoring advice from Marlena to just let it go. It’s sad when even Abigail knows better than her mother. Jen has gone off the deep end.
March 2, 2015 at 10:14 pm #46652trykeryderParticipantand she did say MRS. Horton, very clearly.
March 3, 2015 at 10:04 pm #46653PattiParticipantJen DID NOT disappoint; and JJ was exactly the little wuss I expected him to be, just standing there letting his mother fight his battle in all of this. He should have been screaming at the top of his lungs in both of their faces that Eve was blackmailing him the whole time. Yes, he finally gave in and participated, even to the point of accepting that Eve was never going to let him go, so I guess in his own sick way he felt he had to comply; but Jennifer did exactly what I was hoping she would do….she jumped Eve like the bona fide *itch in heat she is for taking advantage of her own lust and ignoring the cost and harm it would do to both of their children. I also loved that at the same time Jen didn’t let JJ off the hook for it either. I don’t know about anyone else, but I was proud of Jen today. The past two days have been better than anything throughout February sweeps.
March 3, 2015 at 11:50 pm #46655justwonderingParticipantI thought that Jen was a fantastic mother bear protecting her cub!! I also feel that Jen hit a nerve about Eve’s motives. Especially as Jen told her that she remembered word for word Eve’s not so subtle hints about JJ and his "exploits". Hurting Jen was far more important than NOT hurting her daughter.
March 4, 2015 at 8:05 am #46656BonbonParticipantI did expect Eve to be a little less passive than she was and would have exhibited some denial or explanation about what was happening but all she did was sit there like a deer in the headlights and take what Jen threw at her.
It’ll be interesting to see how Jen treats, or what she has to say, to JJ when they get home. I’ve got a feeling he’s going to hear some words he’s never heard out of his mother’s mouth before. :o) I don’t think he can use blackmail as an excuse because Eve never demanded the sex thing to keep quiet. That was his own decision, especially after the first time.
And, I’m also looking forward to what Paige’s reaction will be, especially after what she was saying to Kayla today. Yes, indeedy-deedy-dee, folks, you’d better buckle your seatbelts, we’re in for a bumpy ride.
March 4, 2015 at 2:36 pm #46661caseyParticipantwrite Jen like this all the time? She’s been so disappointing with her screeching and the go rounds with Dan. But yesterday she said all the right things and the slap of Eve icing on the cake. They say bullies are really cowards and Eve showed that in her timid as a mouse reaction. How could any decent mother bang her daughter’s boyfriend? Eve is the lowest of the low.
March 5, 2015 at 3:39 pm #46671PattiParticipantwe even get a show today; we’re having a major snowstorm here in Maryland with an expected accumulation of anywhere from 6-10" and that’s the lower prediction, depending on where you live, so I’m guessing we’ll be interrupted all day by local news, because let’s face it, I can’t look out my freakin’ window and see what’s going on!!!! Grrrr!
March 5, 2015 at 5:37 pm #46672dvalParticipantI hate when they spend all day telling you what you already know, LOL. There was just a plane skidded off the runway at LaGuardia and they talked for an hour telling you all the same things they said from minute one (thankfully no one was injured but how stupid was the airport for not closing?) It’s like they live for a snowstorm so they can see how many different ways to say the same things. I live near New York, btw.
March 5, 2015 at 8:18 pm #46673PattiParticipantbut we’re getting hammered here in MD. Shocked that none of the soaps were interrupted and I got to see all of the show without local channels cutting in. Another good show today. Hope they keep this Jennifer. Love the way she’s standing up to Eve.
March 5, 2015 at 10:42 pm #46676justwonderingParticipantJen was spectacular today, Thursday,3/5. THEy should right her like this all the time. I loved seeing Eve quaking in her boots.
March 5, 2015 at 11:17 pm #46679caseyParticipantand I love it. How does Eve even think she has a leg to stand on?
March 6, 2015 at 2:37 am #46680powerpaw2ParticipantI’m 45 minutes in and she has been awesome today!
March 6, 2015 at 3:51 am #46681dvalParticipantAnd no show. Dang
March 6, 2015 at 12:01 pm #46686PattiParticipantJenn would have whipped out her cellphone and snapped a quik-pic just so Eve couldn’t ever deny it, even if it would embarrass the hell out of JJ. But then, he wasn’t embarrassed to sleep with that hag, so he shouldn’t be embarrassed to own up to it when the truth does come out. Not so sure why Jenn would want him back with Paige though, knowing he’s been screwing her mother, regardless of whether it was by choice or not. Just Ewww! Poor Paige! I hope once she does learn the truth (and I’m sure she will), she decides to leave all of them and go to Stanford for real this time, but disowns Eve and bans her from her life FOREVER!
