I can’t see as to why Peter Porte was let go in the first place, think about it would allow GR’s Leo to expose all as to have it all over town as what Sloan & Trask had done to Nicole. I can see Sloan doing this, but Trask, no matter as to how she feels about EJ or not, she lost a child too, granted, she has no clue as to why, bust still, with her losing a child to death no matter what age she is or not, she’s willing EJ to go through that as well & then allow to him to believe that his child was cremated by mistake, I know one thing, if Haley came back to life & confronted her mother, she would smack her Asian right off of her face, now wouldn’t she?
This whole storyline involving Trask just seems so out of character. Trask was always by the book. This is not the Melinda Trask we have all come to know and hate. It also makes no sense that a mother, who lost her own child, would happily plan this out and put Nicole through this. Forget EJ, it is Nicole who is suffering. I don’t see how they will ever redeem Melinda or how any of us will ever want to see her again. Too bad they killed off Li Shin. I thought they made a good pair, had a lot of chemistry, and a lot of storyline potential. Instead she’s become a conniving law breaker with bitter, vengeful Sloan.
So you tell me was it a wise move to throw Porte out with the bath-water, when he can solidify with what he had told Leo, granted, there’s no love lost between Uncle & Nephew DeMira, but still, EJ was about to warn Gabi & Stefan when it came to Megan, did he not, so Dimitri & Leo can tell Nicole as to what Sloan & Trask had done & have her explain everything to EJ & once she convinces him of it, he would begrudgingly grant Dimitri & Leo immunity & help him to nail Sloan & Trask, right?
