     Sonny and Paul would not be allowed to have a same sex marriage in a Roman Catholic Church or even a blessing of a same sex relationship. If they want a church wedding they will have to go to another denomination.

    blatant error on the show’s part. How could they get that wrong??

     I was going to same the same thing. Although the intereior of the church and altar seems more episcopal than Roman Catholic
