I thought the new writers and all the new decorations and everything we had been told would be true. But, I am getting really disgusted.
Jack – He is a total JERK AND OBNOXIOUS!!! I can’t believe Jen is stupid enough to believe Jack’s bull sh!!!. He is lying through his teeth. He just wants to get Jen back to prove he can and to keep Dan from being the one she chooses.
John and Marlena’s mess – It’s the same old same old. The DiMeara’s still up to their tricks and controlling everything they can. I am very dissapointed that these new writers can’t come up with anything besides the evil D’s. They certainly aren’t very creative.
Victor and Maggie – Now the writers are going to break up the one couple that are so great together. Can they not let them alone and be happy. I don’t know what is going to happen with this, but I sure would like for Vic and Maggie to have the happiness they deserve.
promised to give the viewers. I do see the stories moving along faster and we have new scenery, but I’m not as excited as some of the others on this board. As for Jack…I’ve never been much of a Daniel fan, but in this case, I’m hoping that Jennifer chooses Dan over Jack and that Jack leaves town for good. He’s so hyper all the time…even when he’s just having a regular conversation! The true test for me regarding these new writers will be if the Dimeras suffer some right along with the others on whom they are inflicting their vengeance. The horrific things they did to so many over the last couple of years and got totally away with it has been the hardest thing for me to swallow and I’m thinking that I’m seeing it happening again.
well we really don’t know for sure if the Dimeras are behind John’s mess. And I think Jack is not the clown he was before, he has been acting more mature and I don’t think he is lying.
I don’t think Jack is lying…And for as long as I’ve been watching DOOL (over 20 years), his character has pretty much acted out this way…I wouldn’t have him any other way!
As far as Maggie/Victor goes: Who says they’re actually gonna BREAK up? Spoiler/rumor?
Hopefully, the writers can find another person/family, besides the DiMeras, to be behind the whole John thingy. Ugh!

Am I the only one who thinks he and Gretza (I think that was her name) looked awesome as a couple?! Who remembers when these two were somewhat an item?
I stopped watching the other day when Jen met Jack and Daniel somewhere outside. From what I could gather, she was about to talk about dating both men and wanting to know "if everyone was on board". Are you freakin kidding me? Are they in the 5th grade? I was so dsigusted, I turned it off and haven’t watched it since. Jack has ALWAYS been selfish and immature; only a truly mentally ill woman would take a chance on him again. You know what they say: crazy=doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I really HATE this show right now.
The show is really good lately and while there are slight glitches, I think people are reading into the future too much. We don’t know who is behind the John mess. We also don’t know what will happen to Maggie and Victor. Some couples do have to have things come between them, if not, it would be VERY boring show. I personally like the mixture of couples. Some having issues because of work (Carrie & Austin), some happily working together (Bo & Hope), some secrets that could cause issues (Maggie & Victor), and even a triangle.
I think everyone should give a chance and not jump to conclusions. I personally said I would give the writers several months before deciding anything. Because you can’t judge writers from one scene or even one week. Because you have to see how the SLs develop, the pace of the middle of the SL, and how the end works out. And you won’t know any of that for a couple months.
