Wha hoppen?

I posted this big long (I know, what else is new with Bonbon?) post about Galen and it disappeared.  I’ll try to remember some of it and post it again.

I said, I am really impressed with the subleties Galen uses to differentiate Rafe from Rafe2.  If you noticed, when he’s Rafe2, he talks and smiles a lot out of the right side of his mouth.  That, along with his slight slouch and swager turns him into a completely different character.  Of course, the beer-drinking and calling Sami "Babe" are not as subtle and the kind of thing you’d expect an actor to do.  But he has certainly done an exemplary job in these two roles.

In spite of the intense dislike we all have for Rafe2, as soon as we see Real Rafe, we still love him.  That is good acting and I hope it’s remembered at Emmy time.

I also said, I hope they don’t overuse/abuse these people, particularly EJ, Nicole and Rafe (see Justin’s figures regarding days on screen) like they did Eileen Davidson when she played Kristin and the other multiple parts.  When she left, she said she was totally exhausted from being on screen so much.  That’s probably why we lost her which was really a shame because I think she was very well liked by everybody.  Powers-that-be, are you listening?
