She obviously took the wrong medicine. Does anybody know what it was she DID take and how it will react on her?

but when she first started taking them, Maxine said they were anti-depressants; but, whatever they are, she’s getting addicted much to fast. I mean, what’s she been taking them for now, two weeks? Ugh!

they seemed to be uppers rather than downers. She seemed so nervous and hyper.

again. Carly doesn’t care about Ciera and Theo, she just wanted to run to Bo in hopes of getting him to grab hold of her and tell her he still cares about her. Sick, sick, sick. Then she pulls that crying jag and pulls her pity party on Daniel and gets him to kiss her. Did you notice she immediately stopped her crying when she got what she wanted.

I know everyone probably won’t agree with me about Carly, but I think she is crazy. I know I rant about her, but she just makes me want to scream at the tv. I know I should ff’d .

A person gets more addicted to the euphoric feeling or the ‘downer’ feeling than to the actual drug. So if she is in a depressed state and the drug of choice makes her euphoric, then she will take more and more to ‘feel’ better! And if they make her feel that great, then she can be addicted to that ‘feeling’ within a couple of hours!

With certain mental conditions a medication can have the opposite effect. For example Ritalin given for ADHD is actually a stimulant and also used to treat narcolepsy but in those with ADHD it calms them down and makes them able to focus better.
