to Carly once Bo goes back to Hope? And I’m assuming that will eventually happen. Do you think she’ll leave the show or gravitate toward Daniel? As we all know, no couples can ever be happy for long so I don’t expect it to happen with C&D.
I think it would be interesting for the baby to actually be Philips and those two get back together. It’s not something I’m necessarily hoping for but it would be an interesting turn of events.
What’s everybodys opinion…or wishes?
Melanie would be first in line to advocate her parents reuniting, so that would help push those two together. As for the Chloe situation, this is so convoluted I can’t even speculate!
Carly is more grounded even though, I still say that she should be with someone more her age – Daniel is too surfer boy even though at least he shows up at his job almost every day. Chloe needs to wise up and quit being so much of a crazy woman – one more thing in her life will send her off the edge someday I think. So if Phil and Mel don’t make it, maybe Chloe with Phil’s baby will put things right in their world.
and regardless of how much her and Bo made me sick to my stomach when she first came back, they (writers) have managed to change my mind about her immensely of late. I think I actually like Carly now, and hope that CC decides to stick around. She is a terrific actress, and they have certainly gone to the trouble of improving her hair and wardrobe. I think Bo will slowly begin to gravitate toward Hope, especially with the prison storyline that’s in the works now. I understand Hope’s in for some bad times adjusting to prison. And we all know Bo … he can’t resist when his lady (regardless of which one it is) is in trouble, so he’ll most likely be riding his white horse to her rescue, leaving Carly to realize more and more how much Bo truly loves Hope. I believe he does love Carly, too, but not in the same way he loves, and always will love, Hope. I think eventually the truth will come out that Chloe had an affair and that will break Daniel and Chloe up, because I’m pretty sure now that this baby will be Philip’s, since they are starting to throw the hints that November sweeps will be pretty explosive for many couples in Salem who are together now, but may not be after sweeps. I think we have some pretty good stuff coming up.
I liked Carly when she was with Bo before but she knew then that the bond Bo and Hope had was stronger than anything she could have had with him. I’ve gotten used to their pairing and will feel sorry for her when he returns to Hope but maybe they’ve got something good up their sleeves for her.
I too think the baby will turn out to be Philips but I just HATE it that they can’t let a couple have some happiness. I like Dan and Carly together and really wanted them to creat a family all their own. Well, as my mom used to say, "Wish in one hand and spit in the other." Although I think the baby being Phil’s will allow some good stories for the future. Oh well…
they’ve stopped showing them between the sheets. Also, once the repetitive dialogue of "you tell him or I will" finally stopped, the character of Carly became more than one-dimensional.
I am not sure how old Daniel is, or Carly for that matter. Daniel was a doctor attending a convention when he met Carly. So that would make him 28 or 29. Melanie is 20 -21 so that would make him 49. Granted DOOL doesn’t really do the math, but that would be the range. He might seem like a surfer boy, but he is more like a beach bum!
Figuring out Bo, Hope and Carly’s age is a little more complicated.
Last time they SORAed Philip and Chloe was when they went to HS. THey graduated in 2002 making them 26. SO Chloe is young enough to be Daniel’s daughter.
Although I would love for the baby to be Daniel’s and the test results were changed because of a hospital era. As for Steph—-she is on borrowed time.

I think Carly is 49, 50ish, also, given normal time/history. Danny seems to be early to mid 40’s (I thought he was a intern not a full-fledged doctor yet, when he attended the medical convention and "hooked up" (as the kids call it), with Carly, so wouldn’t that have made him just about 24- to 27 at the convention?.
As for Phillip, I see him more at late late 20’s – to early early 30’s, just because he went to war (twice?), had a face transplant, ran Titan, plus he had to graduate from college at say 22, went into the military (training takes at least a year) and then was deployed the first time). That’s a two year stint that would have made him, at least 24/25/26, and then with at least a year or two for facial surgery recovery 26/27/28. Being a big wig at Titan for a couple of years 28/29/30ish.
Sami has got to be about 35, 36, since she had Will when she was what 17? and he is now 17/18. Marlena (is 60ish) John is my age to the date and year 57. Roman is in his early 60’s. Kate, same age as John. Victor in his late 60’s early 70’s, as is Vivian. Stephano 70’s? – hard to tell as the Phoenix has risen from the ashes so many times.
You can go crazy trying to figure out real time for the Salemites that’s for sure.
Phillip didn’t go to college. He enlisted right out of high school as a sort of rebellion against his parents and Chloe choosing Brady over him.
