What happened to Gus???

 Friday’s cliffhanger showed Gus getting knocked unconscious, I would assume by Victor.  Then, no more mention of Gus, and suddenly he’s once again nowhere to be seen.  Where did he go?  Did Victor put him somewhere, or have one of his henchman dispose of Gus?  No clue, and yet another dropped scene that will probably never be explained.  He’ll just show up in a couple of weeks and tell his madam that someone knocked him out and he woke up three days later in a meat locker, or something equally absurd.
