and the couch sex epidemic???? This is ridiculous that neither EJ nor Rafe/Sami can’t afford a BED! Sami and Rafe with kids in the house should use their own bedroom. Is Days so low on cash that all they can use is couch?? If so, avoid the sex scenes, walk off camera, we’ll get what’s up!
Seems like no one has a bed except for those living in a hotel room like carrie and Austin, and maddison. But I do agree about sex on a couch. Ridiculous!!
Sami did make it a point to say that her kids were having a sleep-over with Kayla and Joe. That’s no excuse, though, when their bedroom is just a few feet away.
The sex scenes are so overused on this show. It’s almost like a soft porn series.. I use the FF button too.
but I know I will NOT be watching Sami and Rafe in their sex scenes. THE WRITERS SEEMS TO BE OBSESSED WITH ALMOST PORN SEX!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
I remember what the(real)wife of Rafe said several months ago, about the love scenes he does. I wonder what she thinks now that it is so much more graphic.
I’ve seen far more graphic love scenes from Brady and Nicole, E.J. and Nicole, Daniel and Chloe, and too many others to mention. I thought the scenes today between Sami and Rafe were well done (except for being on the sofa) and showed the romance and love that have been missing on this show for so long. She is such a tormented soul now, and Rafe was so tender, loving and gentle and showed how much he was so obviously in love with her. I thought their scenes were beautifully done. I love the way Sami was totally wrought with guilt knowing what she was concealing from Rafe, a man she truly does love, which is as it should be; yet, their love for one another was tender and not overdone in any way, shape or form by both AS and GG. They are so very much in love with each other, yet Sami’s infidelity with that gutter rat is so haunting her, as evidenced by her remark that she doesn’t know how Rafe can be in love with her. I thought their scenes were beautiful today. I simply cannot understand how other’s skanky love scenes are accepted, and Sami’s and Rafe’s are so riduculed.
as sickening as I thought it would be. I wrote the comment before I watched(actually I didn’t watch I ffd), because I can’t stomach the "fake", "hypocrite" Sami. I can’t wait for Rafe to find out about Sami and E.J. Rafe is WAY to good for Sami. She does not deserve such a good man.
I do admit that E.J. and Nicole’s sex scenes have been over the top.
One thing I’ll never understand is the fashion of wearing a bra under a gown like Sami had on. not to mention her bra was light blue when the gown was black. It seems to be the fashion with spaghetti strapped tank tops also. I’m sorry but if you don’t own a strapless gown or can’t wear those tops without a bra then you shouldn’t be wearing them.
I thought everything was very natural and well done, even on the couch. Sometimes, when the mood strikes, well, you know…whatever is handy. Sometimes it’s even the kitchen (or bathroom) counter…if you know what I mean! The only thing I found rather strange is that they made love while Sami still had her bra on? I can’t imagine that happening. Maybe Galen’s wife insisted on it. :o)
Along those lines, but still OT, I just read that Jim Caveziel (Person of Interest) is so religious he will not do a love scene with another woman. Wow, how dedicated is that.
the "love" (better discribed as "sex") scenes make me very uncomfortable. They are the ones that are so desperate and intense. I’d rather they just hint at those and instead show us the tender, romantic ones.
Speaking of that, I really loved Madison and Brady yesterday. They were just so perfect together and did all the right tender, touching, and loving things.
With all this talk lately of Madison’s mother, I wonder if we will be seeing her sometime soon. Let’s see, who would we cast in her part? Past or present (or from another soap) soap actors. I think Gloria Loring would be great.
or do you suspect it could be another fake death? I thought they were just using her mother and Isabella as a way to show that Madison and Brady had similar childhoods?
Interesting that they were on a bed but weren’t having sex and yet Rafe and Sami have sex on a couch! You’d think they could just throw some different sheets on the bed and make it Sami’s bedroom?
I didn’t see, at least I don’t think I saw as the scene wizzed by, was Sami recalling her romp with SleezeJ. If it was there, I’m glad my ff’ing didn’t show it.
Much like the long-line bra that I mentioned a few weeks ago, the strapless bra is probably passe. I don’t think the style is to wear a bra with your gown, I think Allie is very well endowed and without some support the girls would be everywhere. I think if you watch some of the other characters who aren’t so blessed, they can get away with just the gown. As for the spaghetti strap tops, those are camis, not bras and people should definitely not where them as such, nor should they wear them as tops by themselves. They are meant to be worn underneath other tops or dresses.
of thin strapped tank tops that weren’t camis. They were thicker and I never wore a bra with them until I realized I really looked like trash since I’m also well endowed. I now make sure the straps are wide enough to cover my bra and make sure the straps are always under the top. That’s another look I can’t stand, a racer back top with the bra straps showing. Get a bra with convertable straps that you can cross in the back or one of those things that hook on the straps and pull them in in the back.
Underwear is meant to be worn UNDER clothing and not be an accessory for all the world to see.
