I don’t think Nick could ever make it stick that Will shot EJ. Lucas confessed to the shooting and served time for it. Unless the police can come up with some pretty concrete damning evidence, they’d never go after Will. The case is closed as far as they’d be concerned. I don’t believe they’d ever waste the man-power trying to prove Will actually did it.
EJ will go after Nick and squash his ego.
I think if they charged the wrong man with a crime, they can still go after the right guy. I don’t think they’d let someone else serve time for you.
On an unrelated note, I think Gabi looks really natural pregnant. I think she looks great. And she’s not putting her hand on her belly all the time.
