What do you think Hope should do now? Career-wise that is…
March 9, 2011 at 12:20 pm #21562GoldenDaysFanParticipantPolice work. I cannot recall her showing an interest or ability at anything else. It might be time for her to start her own detective agency(if she can get a license with a felany record). Maybe she and Rafe (the real Rafe) could work together. It looks like Rafe#2 is going to ruin Real Rafe’s reputation in all areas, so he may need a new job.
March 9, 2011 at 2:39 pm #21567MKParticipantI was thinking the same thing as I was watching Hope at the police station yesterday. I think they are leading up to her opening up a detective agency by the way she was helping out with things at the station. She should partner with Jen. Jen’s not a detective but she is a reporter and I think the two of them would be great together.
March 9, 2011 at 4:17 pm #21571justwonderingParticipantGee maybe she could stay at home and be a mom to Ciara!
March 10, 2011 at 1:45 am #21582majencoParticipantI always said she should become a PI. I think Bo will eventually end up working with her. On a side note, I actually think Hope looked really great in her purple scarf and gray sweater. It looks like she might have changed her hair color, maybe darkened it or something?
March 10, 2011 at 2:09 am #21585kprstrsParticipantTHAT would be worth watching!
March 10, 2011 at 2:34 am #2158653tdogsParticipantput the DiMera’s in jail for all their shennanigans!!! (Ode to St. Patrick’s Day)…
March 10, 2011 at 9:44 pm #21621DeeLanParticipantI think she could get a license but a not be able to own a gun. Of course this is Salem so reality is out the window.
March 13, 2011 at 3:41 am #21673BonoSugaRayParticipantI would either like to see Hope do a total 180 in the career field, and either A) coach a minor-league baseball team, become a wedding planner, C) become a professor at Salem U. (teaching Criminal Justice), or D) become the next Chef Ramsey, and open up her own "hell’s kitchen" cook school!
March 13, 2011 at 4:42 am #21675DeeLanParticipantWith all the jokes about her cooking or lack of cooking skills I think the next Chef Ramsey or Paula Deen would be great with a bit of comic relief to it.
March 13, 2011 at 4:49 pm #21681luckeyParticipantthat outlandish of an idea. It would lend some stability to their lives and give her a credible job. But, it probably makes too much sense to the writers. But, I like that idea.
March 13, 2011 at 6:52 pm #2169153tdogsParticipantlike your idea Luckey, they are all of a sudden making her a computer wizard…the only one in the entire Salem PD that can fix a computer glitch…what Salem PD can’t afford an IT department? They are going to let someone who is banned from being a police officer work on sensitive criminal information on a PD computer in a police department? (When she sat on Bo’s lap (basically) and brought up the information for someone he was looking for). That would be like us walking into our local PD and saying we can work on your computer problems…the silliness of the writers at times, drives me up the wall.
March 13, 2011 at 9:21 pm #21692BonbonParticipantAs far as we know, she doesn’t even have one college credit. Unless they fast-track her through school like they did Lexie through med school.
March 14, 2011 at 1:08 am #21694luckeyParticipantdegree. She had to go through some criminal justice training to be a cop, so it could possibly be the equivalent to the requirements for an instructor on a college campus. It is a specialized area of discipline and the person would be non-tenure track and hired on a year-to-year contract. It surely would not be as far a stretch as some of the ludicrous scenarios that we are seeing now or have seen in the past!
March 14, 2011 at 4:15 pm #21700BethParticipantShe could take some computer classes and open an IT company.
