What’s with all the half storylines?

Kayla is sick – we hear about it – then we don’t.

Abby is gone – Andre sets up the plane thing – we go over a week w/no Abby follow up.  (Actress departs so I get this one.)

Jenn’s an addict – then she’s not.  

It’s like they’re throwing whatever at the wall to see what sticks.

Also – does anyone else think that the dude Deimos got off (b/c Justin trashed the evidence) is the one who might be involved in Tate’s kidnapping?   Maybe NOT to Deimos knowledge?
