    My guess is Venezuela….that’s south america.

    In fact the current administration just loves Chavez.

    I’m sticking with Cuba (although Georgia’s governor just took a trip there within this past week to discuss trade with Cuba…)

    Of course, Salem is in a parallel universe so who knows?
