I absolutely LOVE Marlena and Will together!!! They are SOOOOOO cute! I loved today when Will said he couldn’t believe his grandma was his best friend, so adorable!! they are my favorite thing about this show right now!
I cant believe I’m saying this but I actually think ej really does love Nicole! I hope they can get back together, but I was proud of nicole today standing her ground.

Their chemistry is superb and fun and I believe I’m catching a few ad libs, that’s how comfortable they are with each other as actors.
And so well written too.March 29, 2012 at 12:05 am #32028bluebonnetParticipantgrandchildren and grandparents are close. Remember how Alice was a grandmother to all, and Caroline, too, at least she used to be to her own grandchildren? Way to go, writers, and of course kudos to the actors for making it all so believable! I watched Joan and Melissa this season and loved it when the show focused on Joan and her grandson and their funny, close relationship. Those were the best episodes.

March 29, 2012 at 1:49 pm #32037justwonderingParticipantI also love Will and Marlena. These 2 truly seem to enjoy working together. Marlena will be Will’s rock cause I don’t think that Sami will have a positive reponse to Will’s news. I was really against this SL, but must say that Chandler is doing a great job of showing the emotions that a person must go through under these circumstances.
As for EJ, he is an abuser. I really don’t believe that EJ even knows what true love is. If he did he would have never turned to Sami for grief sex, he would have gone to Nicole for comfort. it seems that EJ is all about the chase and never about the commitment.
Ditto for Sami, if Rafe is the true"love of her life", she would have been with him.
March 29, 2012 at 2:11 pm #32038PattiParticipantthat he is a homosexual young man, who is not only confused and uncomfortable with his feelings, but is trying to convince himself that he is not gay. Beautiful portrayal by this young man, and certainly Emmy worthy, which to me is what great acting is all about … believability. As for Dee Hall, I am enjoying Marlena more now than I think I ever have before. As a matter of fact, up until her return to DOOL, and even after her and John returned, it was obvious that she loved her grandchildren, but she certainly was NOT ready to take on the "grandmother" role. She even went so far as to ask to be called "Marlena" and NOT "grandma." So to see this transition in her now, especially through Will’s story, is wonderful. Kate will never, ever be able to compete with Marlena, whether it’s as a mother, a wife, a grandmother, or in any other role in her sick life (Kate’s, that is). Marlena has more class in her pinkie finger than Kate has in her entire body, and then some. I was extremely happy to watch and hear her stand up to Kate and her sarcastic, snarky self. Marlena has never been intimidated by Kate, and she never will be. I just loved their scenes yesterday as well, and look forward to them continuing today.

I’ve been pleasantly satisfied to hear her give it to Sami and to spar with Kate as a worthy opponent. I’ve always wanted her to be more forceful in responding to some of her aggressors.
