If you look back at Chad’s character during the Mia fiasco, he wasn’t a particularly nice guy. That’s why I’m thinking Stefano is not going to have a very hard time "bringing" him into the business. I’ve got a very strong feeling that we may actually see EJ reform, as I honestly think he’s trying to do, and Chad eventually kick him to the curb because he doesn’t support the family business. Could be interesting.
Also, with Abby, it’d be another bad boy/good girl pairing. Those always seem to work well.

Talk about developing a long term character, (on another post), Chad would be the one as he already has an interesting and full history. If Stefano is having issues and EJ is trying to turn from his wicked ways (I haven’t watched in three months so I’m just going by what I read), then IF JB is returning, I’d love for him to get the ultimate revenge on what Stefano and the DeMera’s have done to everyone in Salem and take Chad away from Stefano. That would really "kill" Stefano, having a child taken away and turned to the "good" side by his pawn.

He really wants to work with Stefano. you could see that on friday’s show. how much he wants to please his new father. I like his relationship with Stefano. its interesting to see how Chad will react to keep finding out all about his new daddy’s business.

Now every time we see him he’s taking one step closer. I do believe right now he still has his moral fiber about him and his antennae tuned in, but with his disconnected upbringing, Chad longs for an attentive dad and that makes him suseptible. I think we’re in for a morality battle which could be highly interesting if Days plays it right. Chad is a good enough actor to pull it off and I’m truly enjoying his interplay with dear ol’ dad.
June 19, 2011 at 3:57 pm #24654PattiParticipantthat witch is determined to goad Stefano into convincing Chad to break ties with Abigail, who I am beginning to like with Chad, because she keeps him focused and gives him reason to believe in them as a couple as well. Chad seems to know what he wants, but Kate, IMHO, will be his downfall, if in fact they decide that he will join the darker side of the DiMeras.

I hope that Taylor finally sees him for what he is and leaves, and then any desire he had to reform would be gone. I would love to see a show-down with EJ/Stephano and Chad/John. And if the Dimeras realized the Brady was the one who beat EJ, I’m sure John will be doing battle with them.
