I don’t think I even counted 5 seconds before Will, after promising Sonny he’d drop the Paul obsession, was all set to pile up dirt on Paul.
I honestly can see Will going so far as to put a hit out on Paul or doing the deed himself. Or perhaps when he sees Sonny about to leave him, kill Sonny. The ol’ if I can’t have him no one can.
I hope the writers take this to psycho territory and show Will going mad. If he’s gone this far imagine what he might do when Sonny tells him he’s actually leaving.Nobody can threaten a marriage if it’s on strong ground in the first place. No matter who or what Paul is, if Sonny truly loves Will, he would be no threat to Will whatsoever. So, if he’s afraid Paul might take Sonny away, there is already trouble in paradise and he ought to be looking for a way to fix that instead of spending so much time and energy trying to get rid of him.
Of course we’d have no storyline if that happened so I guess we just have to sit and watch all this crap unfold while throwing pillows at the TV screen in frustration.
Don’t really see what outcome there can be since Freddie Smith is leaving the show.
Does he leave with Paul?
Does Paul settle for Will?
Does Will turn to Gabby?
Anything else that could happen?
I potentially see Sonny leaving because Will just goes too far and he can’t take it any more. Now whether they would actually kill off the character, don’t know.
Unless of ourse Days does a recast. But they would have quite a challenge as Freddie is so good. Don’t quite want another Chandler replacement.
