    have grandparents rights if Will signs his rights away?

    Not all states have grandparents rights. Alabama is one state that doesn’t.

    I’d bet that more of them don’t than do.  That’s something fairly new.  They don’t in Florida either.  The law specifies that "intact families" have the right to bar grandparents.  However, I think it’s more decided on a case-to-case basis.
