I get where Will’s anger towards Sammi is coming from but I am getting really tired of his nastiness. Just confront her already and be done with it! I was bummed as he almost told her that he knew her secret before the vow renewal but was interrupted. At least if he said something then Sammi can understand what his deal is and stop being so bewildered. I want her to get hers, believe me, and Will spilling the beans would be the first step!
December 27, 2011 at 1:19 pm #29915caseyParticipantbut I think Days is milking this to work up to a dramatic reveal.

Also he truly loves Rafe and maybe he is worried that Rafe will leave not only Sami but the kids too. Lord knows the kids need Rafe for structure and stability.!! leave it to Sami to mess up the best thing that she has ever had.
December 27, 2011 at 4:26 pm #29930PattiParticipanthas so much more on his plate than his mom’s sexcapade with E.J., this is one seriously confused young man, and CM is doing a fantastic job at interpreting Will’s feelings, IMO. I just love the camaraderie between him and Marlena, though, and I’m almost positive she will be his strength in the future. Right or wrong (and I’ll admit, even though I love her, Sami is usually wrong), I hate to see ANY child disrespect a parent in the way that Will is displaying his anger in public without explaining why. It just makes him look bad, IMO. He needs to get it out, and that’s where I think Marlena will help him.
December 27, 2011 at 6:44 pm #29939DeeLanParticipantHe really showed his vulnerability when Marlena offered to have him move in with her and John. The look on his face and emotions when he said "you’d do that for me". It was almost as if he didn’t believe he was worthy of anyone caring or helping him out.
December 27, 2011 at 9:10 pm #2995253tdogsParticipantthe least that he would feel unworthy, unwanted and unloved. Sami always says she loves her kids, but 90% of the time they "are in her way" and she shuffles and pawns them off to Carolynn at the Pub or anyone else who happens to be handy (even Kate!) just to do what Sami wants which is "whatever Sami feels like" at the time.
December 28, 2011 at 12:05 am #29958GoodyParticipantYou tell it like it is!!! What Sami says and what Sami does are totally different. Sami needs to SHOW her love for her children, not just TALK about it.

December 28, 2011 at 12:05 pm #29967BonbonParticipantthat Sami "loves" her kids. But she is sorely lacking in the "good mothering" department. I think, first of all, she doesn’t know how, and, secondly, Sami and what she wants gets in the way of good mothering.
December 28, 2011 at 12:34 pm #29971NoraParticipantand again, i cant believe that she accepts the job from Kate without even a word of it to Rafe!!! He would not allow her to work for Kate!!
December 28, 2011 at 3:38 pm #29981justwonderingParticipantWell Sami really did have a role model to learn to be a good mother. Marlena was MIA so much during Sami’s childhood and when she was present, her first priority staying ahead of Stefano, and falling for John. Sami’s most vivid memory of Marlena was the board room scene with John.
The most stable life Sami had was when she lived in Colo (off screen) with Marlena’s grandparents. Caroline was always supportive too but mainly by keeping the kids so Sami could conduct her schemes.
I also found it strange that she did not discuss her new job with Rafe—not to get his "Permission", but just to talk about the pros and cons. Didn’t she get mad at Rafe for working with Carrie without consulting her? Then she took the Mad World job without telling him, so this seems to be a pattern with both of them.
