"Days of Our Lives" will be preempted nationally just once for the 2010 Winter Olympics, on Monday, February 15, 2010. Coverage that day will be from 1PM-5PM (live in ET/CT, tape delayed for MT/PT tome zones). For the rest of the weekdays, from Tuesday, February 16 through Friday, February 26, coverage on NBC will be from 3PM-5PM in all time zones. If "Days" airs between 3-5PM on your local affiliate, it will be airing at different times for these two weeks. Please check local listings for time changes in your area. This preemption will be the 282nd overall preemption in "Days" history.  http://www.jason47.com

JUST when our SL’s culminating to a head!  Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!  I suppose I could up my cable bill  and get SoapNet…but darn it all the cable bill is expensive enough already – put the darn Olympic’s on late…I don’t care about it – I’ll watch the highlights of snow jumping on the news!  Wonder how many people really care about bob sledding and ice dancing from opening ceremonies to closing ceremonies – not me.  (And most folks have to work during the day).

    It could’ve been for longer.

Besides that’s Feb. sweeps! I hope there’s something good with the storylines during that time.

If it doesn’t run on NBC, it won’t be on Soapnet so you won’t miss anything.

I’m just glad it’s only for one day and not the entire run of the Olympics.

BTW, maybe you don’t care about watching them but there are millions of others who do and I’m sure would say, "Why do they have to run a ridiculous soap opera instead of showing the Olympics?"
