     Target carries bed linens called Simply Shabby Chic.

    (Although I do love shabby chic at Target lol)

    Simply Shabby Chic has been an exclusive Target brand since 2006.  After being released from prison in 2015 (for killing Nick Fallon), Gabi Hernandez relaunched her modeling career at Basic Black when she was hired by Kate Roberts.  It was sometime later that she started her own company, Gabi Chic.

     So I wondered if Gabi Chic was a takeoff on Shabby Chic.
