Ceira called him "Uncle Justin", he’s Victors’ nephew so that would make him Bo’s cousin and Ceirs’s second cousin. Having said that Bo is a freaking idiot!! He’s only thinking of himself and that #$#*&%# Carly. The heck with his daughter and Hope. I can’t believe Carly had the gall to stand their and watch all that unfold. Another one who only thinks of herself! Yeah Yeah Hope made mistakes too, but gee whiz the writers are totally twisting Bo’s personality and morals around to someone I don’t like!! How are they ever going to fix this??
I don’t have a problem calling Justin, Uncle Justin. I always called my mom’s cousin’s Uncle or Aunt so and so. My kids also refer to my cousins as Aunt or Uncle.
My mom’s cousins are uncle and aunt to me also. I think it is the age difference that makes them uncles and aunts vs. counsins. As a child you can’t call them by their first name like you do a cousin, because they are older than you. But calling the Mrs. Last Name wouldn’t make sense either. So we always did Aunt and Uncle.
We even called close family friends Aunt and Uncle. It’s just a term of respect. Back in the day, kids were taught to respect their elders, but some relationships didn’t warrant the formality of Mr. and Mrs.
