I was merely stating my way of looking at things. And, for the record, I was not referring to “your” taste, specifically; just taste in general. Geeze, I just can’t win with you, I guess.
Bon – I think you gotta read the posts a bit more before you reply. I didn’t take Patti’s comment as directed "towards you" at all. You also misread my post the other day about married people/the other woman.
It’s one thing if you feel personally attached but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Read the post and digest it first. It’s social media – lighten up
And for the record that coat was not feminine at all. It defines class and style at a expensive price tag.
I think that this is the same coat. If they were going for expensive they sure missed the mark, it is hardly expensive!
As for the burberry line, I find their clothing and models to be very metrosexual not macho men.

I can see that Bonbon might think Patti was referring to Bonbon’s taste.
I wish there were more comments about the show than what the actors were wearing or how someone’s hair looked. There doesn’t seem to be much discussion about the daily show and the storylines. I thought the Brady Pub was where other subjects were to be discussed and not on the other forums.
sometimes an on-topic discussion just evolves to an off-topic one all on it’s own. :o) Although I really don’t consider these off-topic. I mean, they ARE about the actors on the show.
I was thinking that this entire site seems to be waning away. We are only getting comments from the good ol’ hard-core posters. So if you take out the comments about what you mentioned, what is left?

And I’d say $700 is quite expensive to be running around the woods. I certainly wouldn’t run into the woods with a $700 coat.
that nothing very engaging is going on except in spurts. This Jennifer/Anne stuff is going around in circles and commanding far too much airtime; how often have Jenn and Dan broken up (hohum) that no one can really invest in them; Abby and Gabi are largely a bore for me and I can’t stand Theresa ; Brady needs to downspiral into a gutty portrayal beyond vocal outbursts; Marlena misused and underused; the "big" current "murder" mystery has no excitement. Love Eric but even his SL is hardly high key.
to talk about. That’s why I like to just make daily comments on the characters involved in what’s being shown each day. Like yesterday, I thought Eric Martsolf did a fantastic job as an addict. I may not enjoy the character of Brady Black the way he has been portrayed lately, but gosh that guy did a fantastic acting job yesterday.
but some things are just not worth worrying about. Not to me, anyway. I have always been someone who speaks my mind, and sometimes it does get me in trouble; but, this is one time when the insinuation was not at the poster, but ‘in general.’ Love your having MY back, though!!!
I highly doubt that EJ would consider $600 for a jacket expensive. he wears Armani suits around the house!! My point was it is not an expensvie coat for the Di Mera. He spent $30,000 a piece for the earrings!!
By the way, I wasn’t "backing up" Bonbon, just making an observation of the way I took the comment.
He didn’t over play it but was very convincing that he was high, trying to hide it and in denial about being “able to handle it.” But I just hated that he came out with such hurtful remarks about everybody. That would be really hard to hear, even though you know it’s the drugs talking, there has to be some truth of it way down deep. You could see Eric felt like Brady had run a sword right through his heart. And Nicole was in such pain for both of them.
But, at least Dan brought this to a head instead of pussy-footing around like they usually do. I was glad to see him confront Brady, even in front of the other two.
