I was just making an observation that Sami is immature, always has been in spite of having so many marriages, so many kids, and given her life history – the writers seems to want to keep her this immature brat instead of a grown-up, mature woman.  I hope that when Marlena returns, the first time Sami throws one of her inevitable hissy-fits, that Marlena will take her by the ear and tell her what’s what…something that should have been done many years ago.

EJ and most of the under 40 crowd on the show do not seem like they are mature, they are all spoiled rotten.  Me, ME, Mine generation.

some "birth date" on the show says.  If she was just 27ish, that means she would have had will when she was 8 years old, she was young, but not that young.

someone" if they couldn’t get the actors themselves.  A "fake" one sided phone call from the characters would have been a nice touch for us fans – that’s why I blame the writers for a missed opportunity in a very difficult year for Sami and a congrat’s phone call from her "mom" at her wedding would have taken very little time and moved the story along in a positive way.

all it takes is one drop of blood, and there is blood when they are drilling into one’s skin with a high powered machine.  The t.v. shows don’t show you that these people sign a waiver or sit for ten hours in the chair or come back time after time  to have a piece finished – depending on what they’ve chose for their piece of work done.  The show shows the tattoo being done in an hour, (along with all the "drama"), not the case.

The price depends on the intricacy of the art work – and possibly area too.  You’d have to speak to the shop for price – all goes to what you want done, their time, the size, color, etc., of the piece.  Yes, these folks are artists for sure.

And just be sure that you know that this is a forever thing, it doesn’t wash off…even when you are 110! So be very, very sure that the dragon you pick at 20 on your boobies will not be laying on your knees when you are that age! And that you like it forever…most people don’t even see their tattoo even when they look in a mirror after 20 years but then, I know a bunch of sailors in the Navy who "Je regrette que j’ai été assez stupide!" and a bunch of biker types too.

Marlena did not come back when her "grand-daughter" (Grace) passed away – Sami needed her.  Or when Sydney (her actual grand-daughter) was kidnapped and presumed dead (per EJ) – Sami needed her.  Nor was Marlena present for Sami’s latest wedding to Rafe – perhaps Sami didn’t care by then.  Marlena didn’t come back to Salem when her friend Mickey passed away.  I can see John not returning as he was/is "recouperating and may have not been able to travel at the time" – but Marlena should have been written into the script for a day with the Sydney story at least.  I’m not getting down on my favorites J&M at all, I’m just saying both have been absent (writers’ fault) in a lot of their children’s lives in the past two (or is it three now) years.

they were still going to make Will homosexual?  I still wonder if this is a pregancy prelude to Will having a child with Gabby, but they will still do the SL.

Thank you for bringing to our attention!  ‘Bout time they (show) at least, even if they, just acknowledged in some small way our major American holidays.

I’d even like for them (the show) to mention 9/11 in reverence.   Bo being PD, could say something in rememberance (as Salem doesn’t have any fire fighters).  I know the new stuff doesn’t happen until later in September, but the show knows just like every other American does that this is the tenth anniversary, and they could have done one small thing for even just a few seconds.  Light a candle in the church or even the pier throw flowers in the river, salute the flag, have a moment of prayer and silence – this would at least address this anniversary.

it’s been decades, (and one doesn’t really remember pain), but yes, they are/can be a bit uncomfortable – especially where you decide to put them, the ankle, inside of thigh, boob, etc., all are tender skin areas.

If tat is going to be exposed to sun, the artist will put ink in deeper layers so as not to fade in sunlight.  If you’ve had children or even dental work done, you can handle the pain of tat.

Also consirder placement for the art piece you are going ito do, so you can hide it while wearing clothing when you choose to.

You said small ones…remember as your skin ages, it changes and if you get it too small, it may just turn into a "speck" or unrecognizable blob instead of that rose and butterfly in years to come.

If you get permanent eye liner, it doesn’t hurt, it feels like they are grinding sand into your eye lids (top and bottom), even icing for three hours prior, but it doesn’t hurt.

Just be sure that you go to an artist, someone who has a reputation in your area, and you can see their work, all tattoo artists normally take a picture of their work.  Even if you have to drive a few miles to get one with a well known reputation,  don’t go to someone who just opened up a shop because they learned the trade in jail – you’d be surprised at how many of those there are.

Purhase your own needles, don’t use cleaned needles, make sure they use sterile drapes on the tattooing area and clean every thing around the chairs each and every time.  Make sure they use an working autoclave for everything!  And go get an aids test for three years (every six months) afterwards to make sure.

Enjoy your new tatto if ya get one!

may be pulled right in.  Michael Corleone turned out to be six times the baddy his daddy was.  Chad may be a prelude to Stefano on his worst day.

for 18 years and when you wake up in the morning – half your face is on!  As for the other – at your age, go for it!  I think at your age Bon, it’s a lot smarter than a 17 year old getting inked.  The 17 year olds have to remember make sure not to put a tat or piercing where a potential employer will be turned off by hiring them or when they have a child who is teased because mommy or daddy looks weird at third grade PTA meeting or when they themselves are older.

DOOL in 20 years of dedicated watching (rabid fan), however, this past spring, after Nicole’s and EJ’s wedding and the constant repeat of the scene of EJ and Taylor googly eyeing each other, the SL hints about Will and Sami’s endless rants –  I just had enough, I couldn’t take anymore.  I keep up with the show here, and with friends who are rabid fans too.  I look at the cable guide to see the paragraph of the current days espisode. Once or twice I peeked at the show for two or three minutes at a time this past summer.  I am excited, (very excited) about J&M and the other "oldies" returning this fall…and will tune in…please Mr. Corday don’t disappoint or I’m permanently gone forever.
