day…I have tons of CD’s (even a few Aerosmith left over from days with my ex), but here’s a trip down memory lane that cannot be beat by today’s American Idols by any means: Creedance Clearwater, the Doobies, REO Speedwagon, Herman’s Hermits, the Kinks, Clapton, Buffalo Springfield, the Byrds, the Troggs, the Hollies, Jefferson Airplane (before they were Starship), Janis, Jimmy, Procal Harum, Steppenwolf, the Zombies, the Beach Boys, and the list goes on forever – I haven’t even mention a ton of them…for those of you too young to have heard this kind of music – Go – educate yourself on great music!

That in-itself makes him "sexy on a stick and wrapped up like a present"…to me anyway.
A man could be 19 years old or 99 years old and look at a woman like that with that kind of attitude in his heart and soul and he, to me, is God’s gift to a woman. That’s why Bo is a MAN to me. So many men are just little spoiled boys and never grown up these days…to in it for themselves.

For those of you that have never seen the movie – here’s the gist of the scene for that line:

Are you crazy?", Evelyn blithely replies, "Face it girls, I’m older and I have more insurance." Driving away victoriously, she has become the great Towanda.
but I would hope that his character of Phillip is not recast…they should have given him a better send off, but I’m so glad they didn’t kill him off. I didn’t like the guy who was recast as Phillip last time (and that was when I had a VCR – so much more difficult to FF’d in those days)…so hopefully they will bring back "dimples" if things don’t work out like you mentioned.

But seriously, I really believe, that Elvis, the Beatles, the Stones, after 40 years – remain and still sell because they had classic great music…in forty years who will actually know "Will-I-Am" and the "Black-Eyed-Peas" – I’ll put money in a trust fund (in forty years) for someone who wants that bet !
need to send our vote to the commercial advertisers who sponsor the show – the problem is I DVR it and have been FF’ding through the commericals so I have no idea who’s paying for the show with their advertisement – but that’s where to hit them over the head for sure!
Barry Manalow – at least they really had some kind of career to resurrect than this "Pop" character…
the show…they will keep showing this kind of debasement of women and we will keep taking it…this is 2011 – we’ve come a long way babies – I know head writer Dena Higley has been with the show for a long time, but she is forgetting that the main audience is made up of powerful, strong, self-sufficient women who don’t watch to see a woman character be all week knee’d and get the vapors – we watch because we want to see inspirational and strong women characters…I haven’t been a Sami fan for a very long time (over a year now) because they continue to write her as a namby-pamby clueless twit – I would love for her to get some payback and stand up for herself and kick their butts!
As I’m writing this I hear in my head the song…"I am woman, hear me roar"…
but seriously, enough is enough writers! We are over 51% of the population in this country and we have very big purse strings! 20 either…and I don’t wanna watch 20 year olds half undressed and acting spastic on t.v. either…AI is watched by (and most of the votes come from) little 14, 15, 16 year old girls – why would AI feel the need to put this old codger half naked skinny guy who used to expose himself on stage, (arrested several times), on t.v. in front of their core audience?
let these players come back for two or three times? Ratings I know. But you mean to tell me on a planet of 6 Billion they couldn’t find more interesting characters than Rob and whats his face who got voted off earlier?
I say give a Marine in Iraq who’s done six tours over there and is humble, yet strong (they are all good looking) a vacation and put him on AI (even with some of his brothers as a team) – now that would make for interesting t.v.! I would laugh my a– off at Rob competing with a 6’4" tough combat Marine – Rob would just puddle himself.
