Just speculating of course, but haven’t *they turned all the "good" guys into "bad" guys at one time or another? I would prefer though that they (*writers and the show PTB) leave some good guys and gals – like Alice and Tom. We need hero’s and folks above the slime – not all characters have to "go to the dark side" to keep them interesting over the years.
show – and had hoped for a long and happy life for them both…it seems though that the writers and show planned to have them fail all along if you go back just two weeks after Maggie and Victor got together – there was already something in the works…
I’d like to have humidity, that way we’d have fireflies, I miss those (from when I lived back east). And in Florida too, (at least where I was born in the panhandle, it rains every 20 minutes for about three minutes from what I remember – it’s been a long time.
With all these characters, (many of them shining stars of the show like Mel, Brady, and others "used to be’s" like Jack, Austin and Carrie), now with one of the corner stones of the show Bo leaving…it really makes me wonder…Of course, I’d thought I’d seen and heard everything when John and Marlena first left. Just can’t see a Hope without Beuregard though…and even though they have replaced Bo before…(and I started watching around the time when it was second Bo), however this Bo is the real Bo…
Enough of this rambling and back to my point…There has been four major shakeups with writers revamping what other revamped writers had revamped in as many years…Yet it seems that the out come of all these revamps end up being the same ol’ same ol’ eventually. You can only turn a corner so many times before…you end up at the same exact place. Or…It’s just not "revampable" any more – 47 years is a very long run.
golden girl blood the show brought on. Jack has come and gone so many times – they always promise potential for his SL’s and then have Jack go into his ridiculous mode. As far as Carrie and Austin…when your time is past – it’s up.
times the Salemites are standing in the middle of the pub, or where ever and spill their deepest darkest thoughts and secrets and there always seems to be Kate, Sami, EJ or Stefano (or others) around to overhear and use to their advantage.
I think we all do…in a world full of villains and bad guys…it was nice to see a hero and good guy being true to his family and friends…It’s like taking Bo or Tom Horton and making them evil like Stefano or EJ…Wrong, Wrong, Wrong…WRONG, Wrong with a capital W!!!
PS – I have to make the font bigger to read and write even with my bi-focals.
single moment, and always go for the "high ground" so there are no regrets when they are laying you out on that cold slab. Goodness knows, most of us don’t make it to our 90’s and those of us who have gotten past the 50′, 60′ and 70′ mark know that the time flies by in a blink of the eye. So for all you young whippersnappers out there – you don’t have to sky dive to LIVE life, just be kind to people, tell the people you love that you love them, turn a wrong into a right, forgive fast and like the song goes, "don’t worry, be happy"…can you change one thing that you are worried about? No. Let God handle it – put it in his hands.
