Good for you Nora!  Look what juicing did for Mr. Jack LaLane!  Healthy into his 90++’s !!!   I really like number 4 on the list below – sooooo good!  Add some yogurt and it’s a smoothie!

in all ways so very positive and upbeat!  You are so young, (as you’ve shared your age with me), and myself as an oldster have shown me that our younger generation you are caring, concerned, very positive and full of life!  I pray that you to have another 7 decades (that would get you into your hundredth year) and have celebrated life with a cancer free anniversary for each of those years!

    Hugs and love to you!

his first day back, (I think he was tempted) and he must have been on swing shift, if Nicole was drinking a beer already (but then I’ve really never know Nicole to not have a drink in her hand).  I think every one else was just starting their day though…it get’s confusing when there is no time consistency with the story lines.

then also, I did not like Melanie (character) then almost as much as I do now…so I was really using the FF’ding button back then…I’ve had spurts where I could almost tolerate her when she was with Phillip at times, (that may have been all Phillip’s doing however), but now my FF’d button has her picture on it once again!  Can’t stand the weepy, little girl woe-is-me, boo-hoo-boo-hooing, fly into a temper tantrum at the drop of a hat, curled up pouty mouth!  Now should I tell you how I really feel about Melanie?  LOL!

want to tell the rest of the Horton’s about her divorce?  And it’s a "weird" divorce that doesn’t tell Jack because he’s not reachable (service by publication) ~

IMHO, this gives the writers a perfect opening for Jack, (or a new Jack) to come strolling back into Salem some day whistling a tune and thinking every thing is OK and peachy-keen, (after all Jennifer has forgiven him soooooooo many times before, why not now either?)…and the first person he will meet in Salem is the "whomever" Jennifer is attached to, (be it Daniel or someone else), and they won’t know who Jack is until he says, " I’m here to see my wife and family, Jennifer"animated smileyssurprised 7…I can just see it now.

many brothers are in the Hernandez family!!!  Ready for the answer?

Here goes:  There are as many Hernandez brothers and sisters running around as the writers need to invent, or have miraculously appear in order to move their story line out of the corner that they’ve painted themselves into once again!  animated smileysfamily 2

Look how many DiMera’s keep popping up all the time, now (Chad) and over the past years (EJ, Lexie, etc.)!

but I looked on several web sites and they say this:

    • This dish can be prepared the day before, all the way to the béchamel sauce, refrigerated overnight,& cooked the next day after adding sauce.
