in the woods, the jungle, or some kind of wild-lands, it’s not in New York City for goodness sake!  (And yes, I forgot to mention the guy in the suit – but he’s just the same as the girls with the high heels).

I couldn’t remember what the "Fed" said when he said what he was, but he was implying over and over again with his verbiage and tone that he could tell if someone was lying by the "tells" and their "face ticks" – that’s what gave me to consider him (at least in his mind) that he was some kind of law enforcement.   But you could well be correct, the IRS does have law enforcement officials as well, just don’t pay your taxes to the Uncle one year and they will come a callin’!!! LOL!   But he still is sleezy to me – just for walking around in his BVD’s – I thought of the Michael Jordan undies commerical, and this guy isn’t any Michael Jordan by a long shot!

this awful SL, (even if the writers come up with the same results) and the reason I am is that I want to know why the writers came up with such a ridiculous story line to begin with!!! ??? !!!  So kudo’s to you Bonbon still!!!

don’t know what to write for a story line for all these children, so it was just easier to send her to Lucas.  Next time they mention her (I’ll bet) is when she is a teenager, if at all.

without a commercial, special, or interview.  I think Jason47 had the "most-in" scenes list a while back and I’m sure Ali tops the list in recent years.  I’m sure she has a clause in her contract about her time off and such to spend with her family, seeing how she is the golden child of Mr. Corday.  It must be very difficult otherwise trying to raise children, keep a family together, keep that kind of pace and schedule and travel without some kind of help.

I really do wonder how many actresses/actors do their parenting "by nanny"?  Or do they just have a very good publicity dept. to show Joe Q. Public that they are mom/dad of the year?  Heh, it’s happened a zillion times in Hollyweird – look at all the kids over the years with show biz parents that have turned out on drugs, robbed stores, or other strange things because of mummy or da being absentee parents while the children were growing up.

Just because we think we know an actress (or actor) because they happen to be on our t.v. sets 200 or so times a year, doesn’t mean we (fans) really know someone or what does or does not happen in their day to day life or if they were a good parent.  In the 50’s Joan Crawford was the ideal parent or so the world thought, and we all know how that turned out!  "No more wire hangers!"

and afraid for Parker’s safety and well-being, (and/or said the same thing to Phillip) and had one of both of them deal with the situation – either of them always swear they would do anything for her, so this would have been the perfect time for her to really take care of Parker’s welfare, but no, she resorts to Kate.

That all being said, if things got any worse with Chloe, and something bad happened to Parker, I wouldn’t blame Mel to move heaven and earth to take any drastic measure to protect the baby.  In my world, you have absolutely no excuse what-so-ever and get not an ounce of sympathy from me if you hurt an old person, disabled person, any child or defensless animal but that’s just my little corner of the planet, unfortunately.

And in defense of Kate, EJ just said something like, "you’d do anything to protect your grandchildren – call Lucas!" And Kate didn’t bat an eye and picked up the phone.  That is Grandmama Bear taking the bull by the horns come hell or high water!  I say good for her.  The only thing is, that when you go to Switzerland, Italy, London, Africa, or go to see Lucas, you will not be back to Salem for years…

that retirement could be so busy?!!??  LOL!

First thing I noticed when watching them all huddle on the beach in the opening of the show was three of the girls were wearing high heels!  GMAB!  You knowingly go into a jungle or wild beach area on a show called Survivor and you wear friggin’ high heels?  Who do they think they are??? Chloe??? ;)

Secondly – in the first six minutes of the show I already have my favorite unless he turns out to be a real clunker soon which I seriously doubt he will.  Mike the Marine!  One, he’s a Marine.  Two – he knows survival, he served our country – not once but twice in the war.  Just for doing that he deserves to win a million plus!  Mike doesn’t have to prove he’s a real man like the other three or four yahoos are trying to do, (especially, the nimrod who’s claiming constantly he was a secrect service agent running around in his undies), he is a man.

name to "Sondra" for more of a stage presence in her name…so many actors do that.

if the kids are taken away if the mom’s have PPD.  Those four or five little kids in Texas would be alive today,  (the mom that drowned all her small children in the bathtub one by one, and the mom who drove her two kids into the lake (another state?) and said they were carjacked?)…

I know I’m in the minority here, but if Phillip, doesn’t do something about Parker’s safety now that he knows about the "cookie incident", then I’d be all for Kate and Mel taking Parker away from her (even temporarily) if it means that Parker doesn’t fall to any harm.  And Maggie is living right there, she should be more hands on – after all the reason she had Chloe move in with her was to help her…not much help if she’s not seeing what is going on.  But then in the real life stories I mentioned above, no one (fathers, grandparents, siblings) all said they didn’t see any indication of any thing at all…scary huh?

that Chloe for the first time looks like a frazzled real Mom with a newborn baby!  Kudo’s for a reality moment writers!  I even had smpathy for Chloe today, even though I thought Phillip is right, you don’t let your baby out of your sight these days for even a second.  Let the waitress come to you Chloe to pay the bill, she’ll want her tip and you don’t have to leave the baby.

a decade and a half for me, but the writers (and Corday) will not let her character evolve!  And to see her be further fooled (granted they are stretching all reality here), by this Rafe wanna-be…well, I think we fans deserve much better when we tune in for an hours worth of entertainment and get this rehash, stinky story line instead.

Patti when you say 400,000 lost viewers, how do they guage that?  Nielsen?  What?  FF’ding the show would have to count me in the mix for sure!

rapping my hands with a ruler for not proof reading better…but now that it’s been 51 years since first grade, I can get by with saying if I don’t type as fast as the thoughts come into my head, then I forget what I’m going to say…LOL    Yep, we’ve all been gritchin’ for a long time now Luckey, I agree, the writers only want to write women as damsels in distress or mean spirited biotches that get red Lamborghini’s for Valentines Day, or my worst favorite – women that cannot live without a man in their lives…

charge of this!  You’ve found a perfect solution and as far as I can tell you can take the story line in much better places than the fired co-writer and DH can!  You are hired!

just look at what kind of drival in the past they’ve made us accept (more like shove it down our throats like bad tasting medicine!!!)

they could have even substituted the actor’s they used before if they couldn’t get the originals.  AND Marlena didn’t show up for Sami’s wedding (not that they could ever substitute Marlena – there’d be a riot with us fans if they did that)… You are so correct EllenKb about the family members being absentee at big events in the lives of the Salemites.
