KA confirmed in a big interview (Glamour magazine, maybe?) that she never had a big goodbye with her castmates and crew.
barbs974Participantbarbs974ParticipantRC just tweeted that he had written many scenes in as well as flashbacks with scenes from back then, but that they were edited out. He didn’t sound too impressed.
barbs974ParticipantThere was a SOD podcast late last year or early this year with an interview of Kyle Lowder, at the time when he came back to Days. They discussed his relationship with Ari Z and he described her a a close friend. He said they fell in love too young but that there was zero bad blood between them, and that they made divorce work. He even hangs out at the home she shares with Shawn Christian (ex Daniel) and it sounds like they’re really good friends. He spoke of how SC makes a mean margarita. He only had praise for AZ and SC.
Worth listening to if you have the timel
barbs974ParticipantHi Mommytutu,
Yes, it was confirmed on Twitter that they would have a funeral for Caroline and there were pics with Christie Clarke with the rest of the cast. Mary-Beth Evans also mentioned the scenes for the funeral in a podcast a while back.
barbs974ParticipantI’m not in the US so it was definitely broadcast somewhere else as I saw it, but for the life of me, I can’t find it now.. Pity!
Enjoy your evening!
barbs974ParticipantHere’s a link to a tweet with a link to the DOOL app. I can’t give you the link to the app as I’m outside the US and it’s blocked for me.

Let me know if it works for you.

barbs974Participantsarah Horton, Maggie’s daughter, will be back soon. I remember reading somewhere that she might be “for Eric”.
barbs974ParticipantRex now being played by Kyle Lowder, who previously played Brady… The scene with the 2 Bradys seemed very funny…
barbs974ParticipantCasey,
Here’s what SN had to say:
For me, DOOL is home and I want to be there… I love the people, I love Stephen Earl Johnson and I love what Mary Beth and I have been able to create together. I was excited to see what this new team would bring for us and for all of Salem. I’ve been in this business long enough to understand the rotation of stories, and I get that we can’t always be at the forefront. And despite my disappointment in the lack of story this past year, I’ve always worked hard and we’ve always tried to find the moments in whatever we’ve been given. I think we did that. Whenever I see a scene or montage you guys post, | am so touched and I remember just how much story we told for so many years and how rich it was. I’m so grateful for that. And I know that there are still years of Steve and Kayla’s story left to be told. I hope we get to tell that story. Your unwavering support tells me you hope that too. Thank you and much love,m Stephen

barbs974Participantshe definitely was there, in the front of the group of kids. She was one of the oldest ones, girl with long straight hair. I think she’s the one who shrieked when Santa arrived.
barbs974ParticipantHi Mommytutu,
That sounds like a nice idea. It would mean that people would join the group with their "real life" Facebook profile, but I don’t see any other way. We could create it as a private group to keep it between us. How does everyone else feel about this?
barbs974ParticipantHi Patti,
I’m not a regular poster but I’ve checked this forum everyday for the last 10 years, so I, like many others, was very concerned when you "disappeared".
Now that you’re back with us, I was wondering if there couldn’t be a way for us to leave our email addresses somewhere where someone from the board might be able to pick them up should we want to get in touch.
Most people will probably want to separate "real" and "online" life, so I don’t know if it’s really gonna work, but considering the fright of the last couple of weeks, maybe some will be keen?
And JennM seems to be very much away from this board, so she’s probably not the solution here (even if we are all very grateful for her keeping the forum open all these years). Has anyone got another idea? Is it even worth worrying about?
From cold rainy Cape Town, wishing you all US ladies a wonderful summer.
