I thought the same thing you did, Casey, and even went to read mine tucked away with my will. Mine says to apply the contract ONLY "when there is absolutely no hope of recovery, along with an incurable condition certified to be a terminal condition by two physicians and if the application of life-sustaining procedures would serve only to artificially postpone the moment of my death and where my attending physician determines that my death is imminent whether or not life-sustaining procedures are utilized."
Sorry for the long post, but this issue is driving me crazy. I don’t think the show is following the official living will directive to physicians because this doesn’t seem to be the situation with Marlena. Her doctors didn’t seem to paint the picture as hopeless.

Eve seems bound and determined to shoot herself in the foot. She is really showing her true colors by annoying Jen just for the thrill of it. Actually, I can’t wait for Eve’s comeuppance because she is annoying the heck out of me right now.

Marci and Tyler Christopher have much more chemistry together. I think it is because Gabby with a "y" is not as naive as Abby.
Spoilers say that Theresa will get full custody of Tate and then take him and go to CA to check on Kimberly, who is sick. I don’t know if Theresa will come back to Salem or not.
As far as the planted cocaine, I guess Theresa didn’t get blamed for that, but does that mean Eve and Brady were blamed? And, what about poor innocent J.J.?
will be the father, but Gabi will change the test results to be Stefan–in order to cause a rift between Chad and Abby. Plus, Stefan would be in Abby’s life more than ever if he had a baby with her. To me, this would be the ultimate punishment for Abby, whom Gabi really seems to hate at the moment.
to me, the fact that Eve is with Brady is worse than anything Theresa ever did. Theresa is her sister for pete’s sake. A woman/man should never do to a sibling what Eve did to hers. I can’t stomach Eve and Brady these days. Brady is as stupid as they come and Eve is the biggest hypocrite ever. Honestly, I find Theresa and J.J. much more appealing.
