ParticipantShawn C are still dating in real life? Their dating situation might impact his decision to leave–one way or the other.

ParticipantBo will be back on the show long enough for the writers to put him back with Hope? I really don’t want that to happen. Hope has moved on!

Participantin The Crimson Field, but didn’t know who the other Downton Abbey actor was on the show until I looked it up. Spratt! I don’t remember seeing him on last week’s show, but I’ll be looking for him on tomorrow night’s show. Thanks for pointing that out, Annieo.

Participanton PBS has two great drama series on Sunday nights now. Last Sunday (6/21) was the first episode for each of the series. The first one is called Poldark (Revolutionary War soldier returns to Cornwall) and the second is The Crimson Field (three WWI nurses work at a field hospital in France). I watched the first episodes last Sunday and thought they were great. Anyone else catch them?

ParticipantAre these returning characters like Shawn D, Belle, Claire, Bo, Patch, Sami, Tony, etc. just returning for a few episodes to commemorate Days’ 60th anniversary or are they going to stay for a while and have real storylines?

ParticipantThey are both very different from most run-of-the-mill soap actors. I actually wish Serena didn’t have the stolen diamonds in her past so that maybe she and Eric could have been a couple.

ParticipantMarlena. Why in the world would she be so critical and nosy about Serana and Eric? Before Serena even started flipping out, Marlena was there at her hotel room quizzing her about her and Eric’s relationship. How old is your son, Marlena? Why would you have to be nosing around in his relationship business anyway?

ParticipantBrendan Coughlin, known as "T" on the show, tweeted that his time in Salem had run out. He is leaving the show. I can’t tell whether it was his idea or the show’s idea, but sounds to me like it was the show’s.

ParticipantI knew he reminded me of someone, but couldn’t think of who it was! I think the actor plays "dark and scary" well.

Participantthis board, too. I thought maybe it was because many people were gone on summer vacations. As far as the show goes, it seems to be going ok right now. (I have been enjoying watching Serena squirm. I love that actress.) There is always a lull after May sweeps, but there are supposed to be some interesting young people coming on the show that should pump things up for the summer.

Participanttwice last week. The voices were REALLY low. I had to turn the volume all the way up and then could barely hear it. Each time it lasted about 10 minutes.

Participantresents the heck out of Brady. Victor never misses a chance to put Xander down–always showing his preference for Brady. I don’t think Xander is going to "take care" of Brady in a way that will make Victor happy.

Participantbecause I really like the actress. Wish they had put her in a better story.

Participantparents meddling in their kids’ love lives in Salem these days–from the Sonny/Paul/Will situation to the adults interferring with JJ and Paige. Actually add the Abby, Ben, and Chad triangle to the list, too.

Participantwhen Kristen was holding a gun on Marlena. Kristen said something to Marlena about her being only a few feet away from becoming shark bait in the bay.
