bluebonnetParticipant
the characters of Susan and Kristen have been played by Stacy Haiduk.
bluebonnetParticipantHope she recovers ok. I haven’t heard of any of the other cast members getting sick, so hope it stays that way. Guess they are all lying pretty low to stay safe.
bluebonnetParticipantThe ornament hanging is one of my favorite things they do on the show. I think it likely IS Covid that prevented them from having so many actors on the set, but I still really missed a full house!
bluebonnetParticipantAnd, for the DNA to be the same, Charlie and Tripp would have to be identical twins.
bluebonnetParticipantFirst, even though Allie was falling down drunk the night of the rape, no one ever thinks (including Allie) that she might possibly be mistaken about who her rapist was–as you mentioned Mommytutu. Second, what kind of a good doctor is Kayla to have never mentioned that an identical twin could have the same DNA as Tripp? Tripp’s birth was so hush-hush that all kinds of strange things could have happened around that time, including a secret twin. Of course an identical twin should look like his identical twin, and Tripp and Charlie look nothing alike, but guess they’ll gloss that over. Anyway, I can’t wait for Charlie to be found out!
Plus, yes, I would love for Sami to come back and stay!
bluebonnetParticipantEOM
bluebonnetParticipanteveryone in my neck of the woods has known the definition to be. I just never realized anyone else did it another way.
bluebonnetParticipantIdentical twins have 100% of their DNA the same while fraternal twins share only 50%. Another thing about this DNA thing that bothers me is that it is odd that Kayla, being a doctor, hasn’t stated that there is another way the DNA might not be Tripp’s. She did say that Steve’s DNA could be mistaken for Tripp’s, but why hasn’t she brought up the fact that an identical twin’s DNA could be identical as well? How does she know that an identical twin might not exist? After all, Steve and Kayle didn’t even know about Tripp’s existance a few years ago so why wouldn’t they not know about an identical twin that Ava had?
bluebonnetParticipantI think her leaving was because of Covid worries in general and especially now that she is around her grandbaby. She lives in Tennessee and has been flying back and forth to film, so I read that she also wants to spend more time at home with her new grandbaby. Not sure if those are the only reasons. There may be others that we aren’t hearing about.
bluebonnetParticipantMy first thought was that she was doing her own hair and avoiding a stylist.
bluebonnetParticipantWhy in the world is everyone assuming either Tripp or Allie is lying. Why not consider that someone could be mistaken, as you mentioned, goodolddays, especially if alcohol is involved. The character of Allie has been driving me crazy throughout this whole storyline, so the sooner it is resolved, the better. Most of the time Allie acts like a 15-year-old rather than a 22 or 23-year-old anyway. On a side note, I didn’t like Nicole’s look at all yesterday. Hair and dress were terrible!
bluebonnetParticipantHe drives me nuts the way he moons after crazy Kristen, who has to make the worse decisions of any character other than Brady himself. How much does he care about either of his children if he is willing to go to prison for that nutcase Kristen? I wish to heck she would go off the show. I can’t stand her and am starting to feel the same way about Brady.
bluebonnetParticipantRachel was gurgling and cooing like a newborn and then minutes later, Brady said she was talking a lot these days. Seems like the show would have more than one baby sound on tape after all of these years!
bluebonnetParticipantPeople really seem to be picking on Sami and ignoring the fact that others have done things just as bad. I’ve thought all along in this storyline that Nicole was just as much to blame for the whole Allie baby mess as Sami. From the start, Nicole seemed to be getting into the middle of things (just like she was with Eric’s baby parentage) and not staying neutral. She seemed to always be coming between Sami and Allie and never once even trying to smooth things over between mother and daughter. And, everyone pointed the finger at Sami for blowing up at John, when John was yelling and mad, too. I just think people in Salem are going overboard in blaming Sami when other people and circumstances in the past are no different.
bluebonnetParticipantSonny and Will come back to stay. I’m going to miss those actors!
