Participantto the end as you said, 53tdogs. She was on the series finale of Desperate Housewives that was probably only filmed a couple of months ago. I knew she had cancer, but had no idea the end was so near for her.

ParticipantWasn’t Stefano in a room other than the usual den/living room when he got shot? I don’t remember ever seeing that set. Guess it is right off from the main room.

Participantrelationship is good–at least when she isn’t being so giddy. She is going to ruin their scenes for me if she continues her immature behavior. Please, Marlena, don’t mess up just about the best thing about Days right now.

Participantthat it was raining, I thought it was a nice change and very realistic that they show different kinds of weather once in a while. However, right away I realized it was all for the "murder" setup. It was a somewhat overdone and way too obvious, but still sort of a nice change of pace. They should just have it snow, rain, storm, etc. when nothing else is going on. I like to see a weather change now and then.

Participantof the reason that Hatfields and McCoys on the History channel this week did so well in the ratings. All the regular shows have ended. That, plus it was a pretty darn good mini-series.

ParticipantHe also showed he was a hypocrite when he got mad at Stefano for rejecting him for not being his son when that is exactly what he did to poor little Sydney years ago.

Participantis the writers’ way of showing the audience how desperate he is, and therefore feeling so helpless and in depair as to want to shoot EJ. Also, his crying shows how emotional the past few months have been for him–his mother, EJ, coming out, etc. Again, all these things are building up to push him over the edge. At least I think that’s the writers’ intent for what they want us to believe about Will.

Participantabout Ian. He hasn’t been on in a while, and his story line seems to have stalled. Ditto for Madison. Guess they are slowly ushering them out the door.

Participantand wondered if I were just being a prude. Maybe not since you thought it, too. The kissing seemed over the top and ditto for the way they were sitting on the sofa at the end. I just don’t think it was realistic, but then again, they didn’t realize they were siblings until they were adults, so maybe people in that situation would act differently. I know that most siblings who grow up together would find that to be a little too "romantic."

ParticipantI’ve always been a Melanie fan–or maybe I should say a Molly fan. She has a distinctive look and way about her that I find appealing. From the article, it was hard to determine if her leaving was Days’ idea or her idea, but it sounds like Days just didn’t renew her contract.

Participantlike that I kept thinking, what a spoiled little girl you are, EJ! You would think the people in the town would have a clue what an evil wimp and bully he really is!

Participantabout Abe and Lexie’s house. It has always been my favorite house as far as decor goes. I get distracted by looking at it, too, and am always looking for ideas on how to translate their decor to my house!

ParticipantWhen Rafe said Carrie was selfless, (and she was really calling herself selfless, too, because she said she wished she could be selfish like Sami!) right after she said she thought of him when she was with Austin, I was thinking, "that’s not being selfless, you idiot! She wasn’t thinking of Rafe’s feelings, she was thinking of her own feelings. Anyone else would call that selfish."

ParticipantI didn’t know that about Jennifer Holliday. Thanks for the info, Deelan.

Participanthad to have a stent put in until his main surgery. Maybe the 8 surgeries were to keep replacing the stent. I’ve read that they are very painful. Probably was the reason he was never in the commercials–he had to limit his activities plus probably didn’t feel well.
