Participanttheir tree on Christmas Eve after all the children went to bed. (My grandfather and all the kids had gone out and cut the tree earlier in the day.) The kids understood that Santa decorated the tree along with bringing presents on Chistmas Eve. My father told me that seeing the decorated tree on Christmas morning was almost as much fun as seeing the presents Santa brought.

ParticipantI think she is interesting to watch about 98% of the time, which is more than most actors. The thing about Melanie is that most people love her or hate her. I just happen to find her likeable. She seems to dominate the scene when she is on. Now if the writers will just quit writing sappy scenes like the one the other day when she dropped the pen and locked eyes with Chad.

Participantcleaned and sanitized would be a good funny scene to include. Too bad Rolf and Bart aren’t there to suggest having that done. We viewers would all get the joke!
And, I totally agree with you about Will and Melanie. They have become two of my favorite characters/actors.

Participantthe flashbacks were wonderful. I hope the writers continue to include the whole tree ceremony, decorations, lots of family, and flashbacks every year! I have always looked forward to and enjoyed the Christmas scenes.

Participantat least on some level, but the idea of Will knowing about "the act" is too horrible for her to face and admit. She is probably in denial.

ParticipantI am interested in Will and Sami and the drama they are facing. Plus I like for the story line to involve Will and Gabby. However, not so much the gay storyline.

Participantand she is 21. And, yes, she is doing a fabulous job and so is Chandler Massey, the actor who plays Will! I have been SO impressed with him (and her) these past few days.

Participantrelieved to know what has been the problem between them. Right now I think she is confused and frustrated because Will is sending mixed signals.

Participantabout Madison’s dresses with the zipper in the back showing. Actually I think yesterday’s dress was the THIRD one she has worn like that. It reminds me of one of the designers on Project Runway who always added zippers that way. Maybe Madison is wearing that designer’s clothes!

Participantone-sided, with Abby being more interested in Austin than he is in her. The writers have sort of sent that message since they show her being a little to fond of the cap and saying that she was going to leave one time when Carrie was going to arrive. As far as I can remember from the past week or so, they didn’t have Austin showing such feelings.

Participantwere like the old days when people used to gather at holiday times. I loved it! Victor and Maggie are so great together–really enjoyed them. The scenes at the pub were pretty good, too.

ParticipantMy three adult children are coming over for Thanksgiving lunch tomorrow, and I’ll be glad we’ll be together. I lost my mother (their beloved grandmother) last month so this holiday will be especially poignant for us to be together. Her name was Grace, and so your loving the song "Amazing Grace" was special for me to read. I’m busy cooking right now, so that’s a good thing.

ParticipantAnd I agree with you, 53tdogs. I think the writers are going to pair up Austin and Abby to clear the way for Chad and Melanie. Melanie won’t feel so bad about having a crush on Chad if Abby is out of the picture.

ParticipantI posted something similar on the Main Board about the writers not meaning for the scene to be passionate. You said it very well, loritroll. And, I, too, think Will was outstanding today. The looks on his face, especially when Sami came home showed what a great actor he is. I’m going to really enjoy the next few weeks when he confronts his mother and has to deal with his feelings of anger toward her.

Participantwant the scene to come across as sexy. They wanted us to realize that attraction, love, and seduction didn’t have anything to do with that scene and boy did they ever succeed!
